I am super impressed with the customer support - technical support from pressable. They made it super easy to migrate my site and work out all the early glitches that were expected when changing ip addresses, etc.

I completely made a hash of my migration and corrupted my site on both sides but the pressable team, once again, were able to quickly diagnose and restore my site to its former glory! Love pressable, would never go anywhere else.

I was notified that my site's theme was set up on php 7.4 which is being discontinued. But upgrading to anything higher caused the site to crash. I tracked the problem to the core plugin, but after a few days of back and forth with the developer, still waiting for a fix. The Pressable tech support I was chatting with is named Tarhe, located in South Africa. Let me tell you, this man is GOOD! After telling him I was not getting help from the author of the theme, he actually dove into the plugin and discovered the problem! Fixed it in like 10 minutes.

Have yet to have a bad interaction and these guys will truly stay on the line w/you until your issues or questions are resolved – no attitude, no condescension, and no attempts to pass the buck. All very kind and intelligent individuals and the peace of mind their approachability provides is worth every penny.

They literally made switching hosting providers as easy as 1,2,3. I am not technical but it was the easiest transition to a hosting in the 10 years I've been doing this. The customer support team was right there for me if anything happened and they did a final check to make sure everything is working! Been a user for 2-3 years of Pressable and never had an issue - no caching issues, no speed issues - might move over the last 10 or so websites from WPEngine to Pressable. thanks!

Pressable has the best service. Matthew and all the other guys and gals there really know their domain and always go above and beyond helping me with the backend stuff of my websites. Hosting and server stuff is usually a drag, but because of Pressable, all issues and problems are taken care of in a matter of minutes. As a full-time blogger with multiple websites, this is the best hosting company anyone could wish for.

I switched hosting services because of issues with my former service that I was with for two years and all I can say is WOW. 1000% A+++++++++++++++++++ customer service.
