I have uses several hosting companies and Pressable is by far the best at customer service/technical resolution. Super impressed with the quality of their support.

The customer support is fantastic, a very reliable company, which I recommend to anyone who wants to have the best.

Pressable is a great hosting however when I first left the platform I had ENCODING ISSUE, all my quotes and commas, etc changed to question mark ??.

However now I am back and the platform is good as before except the UI/UX.

Pressable UI/UX looks like something from 1998, so old and rickety.

Look, I went through several Premium hosts until I stopped at Pressable. I recently migrated from Kinsta. Pressable offers much faster administration of Woocomerce. On Kinsta I was having problem with the admin panel (very slow), and they couldn't solve it. Luckily I migrated to Pressable and I didn't have any more slow issues when editing products. I advise everyone who owns Woocomerce stores to use this great service. Amazing team!

I’ve used more than 30 different hosting companies since 2004 and this is my best experience as a new customer. I am on the cheapest plan just trying things out but I am getting world class customer support that I didn’t get as an “enterprise plan customer” elsewhere.

I love Pressable. I am always in a hurry and I am a good computer user, not a tech expert. When I have a problem I don’t have time to spend a day figuring out the technical stuff I need to know to try and fix it, I need it FIXED. Pressable’s tech support is fast, every person I’ve ever worked with was extremely pleasant, not just nice, and my problems are always solved with a minimum of effort on my part. They are incredibly dependable- I have come to rely on them and they are always there for me, and the fewer things you have to worry about when you’re a small business starting out the easier things are.

Pressable is a hidden gem nestled away in the world of managed WordPress. Everything they do directly impacts the bottom line, and their bottom line is providing a safe and feature-rich, customizable environment for each client.
An even bigger hidden gem, this one in the world of technical support, is Jess. To put it bluntly, I would put Jess up against all of the technical support wizards out there, and not only would she win, she would be hands down the best. Jess has fixed things I thought weren’t fixable and has given me insight when there was no answer. Thank you, Jess!

Pressable is the best hosting service around. I'm a professional website developer and my main client switched to Pressable when one of our sites was having server issues on another hosting platform. I've been using Pressable for a few big clients for years now and I have plenty of other accounts to compare it to.
Without a doubt, the best thing about Pressable is the service. Their chat function is fast - you get connected to a capable, willing, helpful person everytime. They are great at explaining how to correct issues while working TOGETHER to solve the problem.
Lots of hosting services send you a FAQ link that but Pressable walks through the issue with you so 1) it's corrected quickly and 2) you learn along the way.
I recommend Pressable to every new client and can not say enough good things about them.
I say they are the Ritz Carlton of hosting providers.

With Matthews invaluable help, I’m finally able to start designing my website. He was and is the consummate professional- knowledgable, patient and pleasant to work with. My knowledge of anything computer- related is basic to say the least and some of the technical support I have had before was a bit hasty and perhaps impatient which just made me more nervous to finish with my questions. Pressable is absolutely amazing. I was very impressed with their customer service. The dashboard for users is extremely easy to use.
