Purchased our first “Prestige” pans back in 1990, they are still in fantastic condition today, so it was logical to purchase from them again as they represent great value for money…
The colour green is awesome too…

Best pressure cooker we have ever had and the customer service 💯 %

Ordered a lovely set of pans and arrived quickly. They are excellent quality. Only ordered new ones because I have an induction hob and my previous pans which were also Prestige, which I had had for 38 years , were not compatible.

The saucepans and frying pans are very good. Easy to use and clean. Customer care, not so good as the order couldn't be changed as the phone line doesn't work.

Delivered on time and has give our trusty pressure cooker a new lease of life

The product is great quality, the website was easy to use and the delivery sufficiently quick.

The ordering process was fine and delivery quick. The made to last pans are good quality as expected. Unfortunately there was an issue with the non stick coating on frying pan. I raised a support ticket and the process was a bit slow with information already supplied being requested again

In the end I phoned support and got a successful resolution and a replacement pan was sent out quickly, even being exchanged for a different type. So the phone support was good but the online could be quicker.

The pans themselves seem to be good quality..there is already some internal staining from the water . Apparently this is normal from the mineral deposits in water. It's strange though as an older Prestige pan we have, doesn't have this staining..it may be because it has a polished internal surface whereas the new made to last pans have a matte finish internally. This is slightly disappointing but hopefully won't affect the pans too much but time will tell. I'd prefer the interior to be polished stainless to avoid this, rather than matte. But I think they are quality pans.

Our pot arrived in good time and in good order.

All positive, except the unpleasant smell emiting from the silicone sealing gasket. It's a pity, otherwise it's perfect.

Prompt reply and still stocking individual replacements for my much loved high dome pressure cooker! Weights slightly different than the picture but replacement wirks

Falsley advertised product received.
Ordered 5.7l casserole pot as advertised but was sent 4.6l. No efforts by Prestige to resolve the matter, they tried charging postage to return the item. When challenged with consumer rights...
radio silence. Extremely disappointed.

am extremely disappointed with Prestige Cookware.

I contacted Prestige on 15/01/2026 regarding an order originally placed in October 2023 via Amazon. The non-stick coating on multiple saucepans has degraded and is flaking off into food, which is obviously a serious safety concern. I most recently noticed this while cooking a cheese sauce.

The pans have been used correctly throughout:
• Only silicone or wooden utensils
• Cleaned with soft sponges
• No misuse or harsh cleaning products

Amazon advised me to contact Prestige directly under their 5-year warranty.

Since contacting Prestige:
• My WhatsApp message has been completely ignored
• Phone lines appear to be switched off
• Comments I left on social media asking for help have been deleted

I have made multiple reasonable attempts to resolve this and have received no response whatsoever. Deleting customer comments instead of addressing legitimate safety concerns is extremely concerning.

I would not recommend this brand based on both product quality and complete lack of customer support

The pans seem to be very good quality but then they are new but having had Prestige products in the past l can honestly say l have neva had a problem

I have been using Prestige pressure cookers for more years than I can remember and still come back for more!! With me they have stood the test of time and I do not feel under any "pressure" to change that!!!
