Tried doing scrambled eggs in the frying pan yesterday and I lost half the eggs because they stuck to the pan and took me an age to clean. Hardly used this pan before, very disappointed.

I thought Scoville was a name to trust.
My wok is about three years old, after a few months food was beginning to stick to it's lower heated area. It got progressively worse and is now missing a saucer sized central area of non-stick coating. I will never purchase another Scoville product.

Very bad lady Victoria spoke to me so rude I have the proof of purchase she refused it I I’ll never buy scovillie pots it’s life time warranty she told me it’s manufacturing defect I told her my pot texture is scrapping out canot be use she refused to change it then why it’s life time warranty for . I got it from Asda 3 years used lot but now condition is bad very bad customer service bad lot.

His lasted 6 months before the surface…
His lasted 6 months before the surface became 'bumpy'. Had to dump it after 12 months. Not great.

Good customer Service
I have had several Scoville pans in the past and my most recent purchase failed after just a few months. I contacted them and after a brief email exchange the agreed to replace the pan for free, even though it looks like the pan had been used too hot. Lesson learned we will turn the heat down a bit in future.

None existent customer service
I ordered directly online from them as they were the cheapest i could find at the time. They took the money however no order confirmation and when you call customer services its just rings out the starts beeping i am now without any product or the money i paid for them. This company are scammers.

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage, life time guarantee my ****, only if you keep the receipt for life and can prove you looked after the product as per instructions.
I will not buy again I have a total of 3 frying pans and six other pans and after 2 years they all stick and the black coating comes off which ends up in your food which then you need throw out
Now you say overheating damage, seem to have a lot of answers from a photo, such a shame I can’t post photos on here so that the general public can see what a mess they all are after two years, on another note my AEG induction hob does not allow to overheat metal pans so as to protect the hob, unless you believe AEG to be at fault, who do I trust more Scoville or AEG £1000 hob or £50 pans hmmm

Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing faults, but does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or care, as outlined in our guarantee policy. Where products have not been used according to the recommended instructions, we are unable to offer a replacement under these circumstances.

The manufacturer avoids PFAS labelling
The manufacturer avoids labelling its products as PFAS-free. It means they may (and likely do) contain fluorinated 'forever' chemicals, like Teflon, which is still commonly used in cheaper cookware.
Instead, they say it's free from PFOA; in other words, the production is - which it should be by law. The problem is that an ill-informed customer may confuse PFOA with PFAS (as another author in a review mistakenly did).
Also, some of the Scoville products look similar to cookware with pure ceramic (therefore PFAS-free) coatings.

I have had three Scoville pans
I have had three Scoville pans, 1 frying pan and 2 saute pans. the saute pan started to stick after a few months and was replaced by place of purchase, but the new one has done exactly the same as has the frying pan.. i contacted Scoville direct and they asked for pictures which i sent but the reply i got was a bit stupid really saying you cant use the pans on a high heat here is there reply "Non-stick cookware is not designed to be used on high heats and this is not unique to Scoville. To counter this, we construct our pans from aluminium which conducts and retains heat better than the likes of stainless-steel or cast iron cookware. This means that you can use your Scoville cookware on a medium-low heat and achieve the same results as you would on a higher heat in other cookware." I use these on an induction cooker so cant see how high heat can harm them, i replied and told them they need to put on the packaging "not suitable for high heat" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As mentioned by our customer service team, our non-stick cookware is designed to deliver excellent results on low to medium heat. On induction hobs, higher settings can cause pans to heat very quickly, which over time may affect the performance of the non-stick coating.
