If “0” was a choice they deserve it! DO NOT spend any of your $$$ here. False advertising no customer support other than cut/paste responses about how very much they care. No business ethic. Be prepared to get nasty early to get your $$$$$ back. Really bad.

I ordered from pricedaily the flappy fish. Total ordered was 6 but they made it 7 and charged me after discounts $73.93 on July 3d. Order receipt number is 156579. I have tried to call them and the number they gave for customer support is not in service.. This is a total scam. It shouldn't take this long over a month now and no tracking number.

I wish I had known about Trust Pilot before I ordered from this company. I placed an order for a Flappy Fish Friend on May 26, 2022. My credit card was billed $21.98 on May 26, 2022. On June 7 received an email from them stating "Apologies for the delay . . . estimated shipping date is week of June 20." On July 6, 2022 I emailed them asking them to cancel my order and issue a refund, since I hadn't received the item. Received a response "currently sorting and finalizing the stocks to reflect in the system. As soon as they’re stocked on the shelves, they’ll begin shipping the orders. 
I can assure you we will ship them out as soon as possible and we’ll provide the tracking number this week. 
We will keep you posted." Today is August 1, 2022, and I have yet to receive the item and have received NO communication from them. As others have said, DO NOT order from this company---it is a scam!

If I could have rated them a 0, I would have! Total rip-off company, order something back in early June, not email confirmation, no tracking information, yet they DID take my money. I will be calling my bank to have them reported, looks like that will be the only way to get my money back.

Placed an order June 10, When I asked for information on tracking order, got no response from this company.
They took my money and I have nothing. Saw them on Facebook. Dont use them. They should not be allowed to sell merchandise in the United States.

Found this site from what now seems like a fraudulent review site for bluetooth speakers. They were rated highly. When I followed the link it took me to the pricedaily.com site. I ordered a speaker, which automatically put 2 of them in my cart. There was a discount, so I thought - ok I will try them. I did receive them, which was a gift, but they were no longer wanted.

I went back to the site and the return window is 30 days, which was fine. The process was to "speak" to customer support, which is only available via email.

I did get replies
(1) one rambled on about branding with apologies about the manufacturer and offered me 20% back.
(2) I persisted in requesting the return process, and now I'm being offered 50% back with 'no hassle' to return them. I don't want that - I want a refund, and I'm willing to ship them back. And their website states this is possible.

This is ongoing, but I wanted to share my experience. I am super doubtful on the quality of their products, and the responses to my return request are raising the alarm bells. My gut tells me this is a scam, thus my rating.

Ordered a pair of Beatbud ear buds, recieved Y30s. Emailed them for return and a person calling himself Paul Ibanez sent me instructions for return. After sending them back to the address in Denver Co. and after checking the tracking number the package is being held at the Denver post office at their request. The company is in the UK (did not know this at the time I ordered) and is a total scam and a total rip off. Now I have to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card company to file a fraud claim. THIEVES 100%

I ordered portable heaters that look like a good product but not suitable for use outside of America because the voltage is different in the UK and Europe. They sent a travel adapter. Their own instructions say not to use adpters. I complained and have not been offered a refund. Trust me, not them.

This company is illegal in its practises. I ordered one heater but had looked at the site previously and clicked on a few heaters to look at.
When I ordered ONE they are trying to charge me for THREE which includes the two I looked at earlier and clicked on to see the details.
