Taking car at Prime Car every time I go Latvia. Cars are always clean and new, staff is very friendly, always having the same guy for years, he is great, just shows how good the Company must be. Easy to get the car and even more easy to return, never had problems.

Be careful to check when you book with Prime that they are providing the car. Our booking was apparently subcontracted to Autobanga, without our knowledge. Autobanga have very negative reviews and in our experience, were very unhelpful. We weren't given any information where to return the car, had no address, no-one answered the phone, and Autobanga have charged us for leaving their car in a carpark, which Prime agreed to. Autobanga left the car for 16 hours in the car park and then charged us for the cost of parking! Check your contract is with Prime.

Not impressed about limited km a day, No comprehensive insurance included on price.

I had been renting a car for 2 weeks. I like the company personal approach and customers care. We agreed the use of only debit card in advance for a payment and deposit. Company proposed me a larger car when i arrived. Delivery/redelivery process of the car was fast and without any trouble for me. Thank you, that was very good experience
