I couldn't be happy with my experience at Prime Life Clinic so far. They have always replied quickly to emails with any questions I have. Dr. Klaus was really informative, thorough, and professional. He made me feel like I was in safe hands and that my health was his number one priority.

I did my coaching session with Dan, and he was excellent. Going into the session, I was excited and a little bit nervous, but he immediately put me at ease. Listening to his experience made me even more excited to be taking the first steps in my own journey. His friendly and positive demeanor made me feel comfortable asking any questions I might have. You can tell he is really passionate about helping other men with their well-being.

I like how the clinic is upfront about its pricing. I haven't experienced any hidden fees, like with some clinics I was looking into. It actually ended up being cheaper than I was initially told, as I think the price of the prescription had dropped since the pricing list was sent to me.

The whole experience has felt more personal than I would imagine it would feel like with one of the bigger companies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of starting TRT.

I've been with Primelife Clinic for approaching a year now and I really can't fault any of the staff or doctors. They're really responsive and quick to get back to you with any queries you have and are incredibly patient when it comes to explaining everything. I think I may have tested their patience at times trying to understand my prescriptions and options but they've always been great. If you need an appointment with a doctor it's easy, fast and the cost is covered with the monthly fee so no additional, rip-off charges.

They also genuinely care about how much their clients pay for their prescriptions and do their level best to secure good prices. Everything is nice and clear and they're not gouging anyone with random fees on top which is a novelty in this day and age.

As far as the actual treatment goes, I feel great compared to the previous me. I've went from being constantly exhausted, pretty down and lacking in motivation to having loads of energy and generally feeling a lot more positive about life. For an old duffer fast approaching 60, I'm in better shape now than I was in my 30s.

If you're on the fence and suffer from low testosterone, give Prime Life Clinic a go.

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but after seeing some of the one star comments I felt obligated to… I’ve only recently started my TRT journey and if it wasn’t for the guys at Prime Life i would not of even tried!! Always there to help, always available to answer any questions and the level of service i personally have received has been top draw! If you’re looking for an affordable and engaging company to help you change your life then these guys are truly the ones to try!

Everything went smoothly when I transferred from my previous clinic. All consultations have been on time and full information given a nd I've felt listened too. Emails always answered within 24 hours and always happy to help. Add that to the prices being less than most other clinics and it's a no brainer to use prime life.

I had done quite a lot of research prior and decided to contact Prime life

I emailed on the 17th February, they reviewed the blood tests results I already had, answered my questions and scheduled my doctor appointment for the 20th February.

I then had a coaching call with Dan who explained the full injection process and answered all of my questions.

Perfect 10/10 and this is no joke. Had my first video call trt injection tutorial today and it couldn't have gone better, Dan was super helpful. Definitely recommend prime life to anyone 10/10

I rarely leave reviews, but Prime Clinic truly deserves one. Their level of professionalism, patience, and genuine support was outstanding from start to finish. Every email was answered quickly, every call was returned, and no question was treated as silly or unimportant. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel supported and respected throughout the entire process. In a time when good communication is rare, their dedication really stands out. The process was very simple from start to finish. Dan and the guys talk you through the whole process and what happens after each part. When I spoke to the doctor he was very good and put things in ways I can understand. When it came to taking my trt Dan was great he talked me through it and answered any question I had however silly it seemed. The aftercare has been great I had a few questions and just emailed and the team emailed back quickly. They have made the whole process very easy and I’m glad I am with the team. They seem to care about my process and results rather than just getting money out of me

After doing quite a lot of research I ended up deciding to contact Prime Life Clinic as they seemed to be the best option especially in the 2 most important areas: quality of care and overall cost. After having my initial consultation with Dr Klaus Bruecker to have the Testosterone prescribed, purchased, everything explained to me and any questions I had to be answered and my coaching video call session with Dan Brown where he went over how exactly to decant, prepare and inject the Testosterone as well as also answering any questions I had I can safely say my conclusion of them being the best option was absolutely correct. Everyone I have spoken to so far all seem like they genuinely care and are in it for all the right reasons which is why I'm taking the time to leave this review. Can easily reccomend them to absolutely anyone looking to either start TRT or, like in my case, transfer over from the suboptimal NHS TRT treatment!

I've been made to feel really comfortable and well guided from the start of the process. The product is affordable but has a really high quality of service.

I've been genuinely impressed with the service so far. The team seem to care about my wellbeing, and are knowledgeable and responsive whenever I have queries - which have been infrequent due to the thorough manner with which they communicate. I'd absolutely recommend Prime Life to people considering TRT.

Paid £260 for a GP consultation

£59.99 a month got promised test E for £89.99

When I went to order the prescription they turned around and said this would be £100 extra (£189)

You have still have to pay for your own supplies, you have to pay for blood work which isn’t included in the subscription (£135 est)

Been with this company for a couple of months now they still continue to charge me. So far I’ve received no support/ check ins. Phone lines are always dead.

Not sure why I’m paying the £59.99? They seem more interested in the money. I only seem to receive messages about payment several times a day.

Not to mention they keep trying to force another treatment on to me which I’ve refused countless of times.

If you’re looking to start TRT please look elsewhere. I’ve paid a lot of money to this company with nothing to show for it.

I have recently started TRT with Prime Life Clinic, their team is very knowledgable and eager to help.

To start TRT I had a couple of blood tests that were reviewed by a doctor who talked through it with me and issued me a prescription after deciding treatment is a logical next step for me. Once I had recieved everything I needed to start treatment I had a thorough coaching session with one of the team that went through everything from start to finish, including how to decant the testosterone and how/when to take it.

Brilliant clinic, very helpful and friendly team who really seem to care about you as an individual. All emails or questions are replied to straight away and it all seems more personal than the bigger clinics. 2 weeks in and feeling confident and excited about continuing. Thanks again

Just started my TRT journey with prime life and so far really pleased. There pricing plan appealed to me and suited me more than the other companies. The support has been good. Dr Brueker is very efficient and informative. Dan and Simon have been great and very responsive to emails.
