A very decent thing to do
I initially sought the services of Prime and paid a fee of £395.00. I subsequently changed my mind and informed them that, through no fault of theirs, I would not be proceeding. Although the cancellation was entirely my fault I was given a full refund of the £395.00. A very decent thing to do.

Excellent Service and Support Throughout
I would highly recommend Prime Property Transfers. They were incredibly helpful and supportive in assisting both myself and my mum with our Land Registry documents. The whole process was made so much easier thanks to their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to answer any questions we had.

Value for money quality assistance with property transfer docs
From the first enquiry to the delivery of the documents, this was a great service. Really helpful polite people at every step. They really know their stuff. I made a few errors with my info, but Ruth amended the documents for me free of charge. This service was a THIRD of the price I was quoted by a solicitor, who added all sorts of non-essential extras for our property transfer! No hesitation in recommending them.

Change of title on deeds
I found this company extremely helpful in assisting me with removing a name from the title deeds to a property.
They were very quick and went through all the forms and what I needed to do next.
They were a lot cheaper than I was quoted from a solicitor, I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future
