Help with property deeds
Ruth took me through all the questions necessary to complete 6 or so different forms relating to applying for deeds to be amended . This took out all the stress of having to work out what was relevent and what wasn't . A professional and helpful service.

From the initial contact with Jacob to…
From the initial contact with Jacob to the call with Ruth to complete our Land Registry forms we were completely satisfied with the high level of customer service provided. Ruth explained each form in detail and once we had given her the information to complete them we were emailed copies to print and sign. We were also given step by step instructions on what we needed to do with the forms so we could post them. Made our life so much easier and very cost effective, would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Prime Property…
I would highly recommend Prime Property Transfers. Our case manager, Ruth, was extremely professional, thorough and friendly. She gave excellent insight and advice throughout the whole process and was obviously very experienced. She highlighted potential pitfalls in the process and explained how to easily avoid them, such as ensuring the correct date sequence on the forms and writing the reference numbers on the reverse side of the cheques.
