You get more than what you pay for. Given the very low prices compared to other service providers, they do provide decent mobile services and great fiber plus TV home services.

The only time mobile coverage is not great is at really remote areas. Other than that, i never had an issue using data or calls outside.

Awful service. I've paid for internet and they are struggling to connect it without success. I've reported the issue and they kept no records. Every time i call them i need to repeat the problem. I've been calling them the last 3 days and no-one is able to connect my service.

The service is awful. I was charged more then 10€ for the last three days although my phone number was manually switched off for data usage and roaming. Service line was deaf to my requests. My advice is never work with them

I cannot find the right words to express my dissatisfaction for this company and its employees! They rip us off blindly and their staff has no respect for our intelligence or dignity.
Shamelessly they always claim that there was a month in which the bill was not paid, while I have documents proving payment for all the months.
They make us pay 2 extra euro every month for 5G service while we don't use 5G and our devices are not supporting this service!!!
If you are a new customer, I advise you not to continue with them.
If you are a customer, I advise you to leave.

I have been wanting to change my address for 1 month but it has not been done yet. It has been 3 days but they are not changing the address. This is a bad service. Prime Tel.😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌

Terrible service, unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely poor network coverage.

Hidden charges, unclear terms, confusing billing, and constant attempts to extract more money from customers. Honestly, it feels like the company is collapsing internally.

If you are coming to Cyprus, avoid this provider and use one of the other two major providers instead.

Extremely disappointing experience with Primetel prepaid mobile services in Cyprus.

I purchased a 250 GB prepaid package before arriving in Cyprus because support explicitly confirmed that my services would activate automatically once I landed.

Instead, my mobile data was apparently charged through a separate roaming/bonus balance without any proper warning or clear explanation. My internet was then blocked and I was later informed that I needed additional balance just to restore service.

The problem is not only the money — the biggest issue is the lack of clear communication and contradictory information from support representatives.

I specifically checked my dual SIM settings, used the correct SIM card, and followed the exact instructions provided by Primetel support.

After researching online, I discovered many similar complaints regarding billing confusion, poor communication, weak signal quality, and inconsistent customer support.

Honestly, I have experienced better communication and transparency from providers in far less developed countries.

If you depend on stable mobile internet for work or travel in Cyprus, I strongly recommend considering alternatives such as Cyta or Epic instead.

Very frustrating experience.

They lie to you! I am in an emergency regarding eSIM activation I need for traveling abroad and after me calling multiple times and being told „a supervisor will call you“ two days in a row - I got NO CALLS, no solution. Afterwards someone else on the hotline told me a supervisor wasn’t even in the office the second day, how convenient!

I’m waiting more than 20 days that the technician fixes my internet. My main job is to call Costomer support to get it fixed asap and it wastes my energy and time. Nothing gets done here l. WORST SERVICE ever. Everyone is incompetent to fix my problems.also while making pressure to cost inner support I could get a technician appointment but they still did not arrive and I have to fight with Costomer support that prime tell does their job. Worst service ever- so disappointed about prime tell

No actual support. For 4 month I was chasing the support. They over charge me for their mistakes.
Any other company is far better

Anyone which is working with time sensitive work and require stable, reliable & low latency internet I strongly advise accessing other options - my experience with primetel has been terrible & expensive has cost around $2-3k in slippage & execution errors over the past 3 weeks with the bulk due to a multiple outages & server errors from their end. - Stay clear if you require performance and reliability.

It is unacceptable do not have an internet maintainance after 6.00 p.m. and as result I dont gave access to TV and to Internet.
Please take in to consideration our complaint in order to improve your service.

I am writing this review to warn everyone: DO NOT use Primetel! This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The service is an absolute joke. My internet is either excruciatingly slow when it works, or, more often, it simply doesn't work at all. I have been left completely without internet for a period. This isn't just an inconvenience; it makes working and connecting impossible.

The support is even worse. There is no technical support on afternoon. I've been completely abandoned—they have left me without a technician to fix the problem. Save yourself the headache and the frustration; choose any other provider.

I regret choosing PrimeTel. Prices are high compared to competitors while the actual speeds are consistently low and unstable, especially during peak hours. The mobile app is unreliable: it freezes, fails to refresh usage/balance, and often errors out on payments or simple account changes. Changing my plan online is impossible—support bounces me between calls and store visits with no clear resolution. On top of that, I was charged an “early termination/administrative fee” even though I was on a month‑to‑month plan, which feels unfair and non‑transparent. Until pricing is fair, speeds are stable, and plan management works properly in the app, I can’t recommend this provider

Coverage on 4G is terrible. I'm not a power user so my needs are not particularly demanding but on the Paralimni area beaches it's usually impossible, or barely possible, to get a signal. I've paid the cancellation fee and went back to my previous provider.

this people working in this shop doesn't know whats company rules and procedures and also no clue about customer support!
1 week of visits and calling them to finally be called for pic up of device and sended back with nothing !
Customer support on 133 trying to help by asking for more and more time but if you not willing to waste your TIME is better to avoid this place in general
Also i heard that this is becouse om not Cypriot and thats why i have all this issues...i am from EU and im same like Locals ! Resist way of triting a customers!
