Tradeprint used to be good
Tradeprint used to be good. Now - and especially since they started using Evri as a delivery service, the experience is utter crap.
I stopped giving them anything other than business cards since covid, because during covid, they must have laid off just about everybody - there was ZERO service or support. Now, coupled with the worst delivery company on the planet (Evri - who should change their name to 'Nothing') I just cannot trust the service or delivery times. I can't take any more damage to my reputation. I'm off to Flexpress and Printed Easy and will just pay a little more for a better service.
Disappointing Quality
We ordered 450gsm standard cards with curved corners, unfortunately there was clearly an issue with cutting as all of the cards had wonky corners. We complained and to the credit of the customer services team, they were quick to respond and get the cards reprinted and re-cut, however the second lot of cards still had cutting issues as well as some printing issues this time as well. It's too time consuming to go back for a 3rd print especially as there's no guarantee they will be any better so we'll make do with these ones but we won't be ordering from TradePrint again.

As a first-time customer, I was left with a very poor impression. When they couldn’t duplicate my order, they immediately refunded it without any apology or attempt to resolve the issue. What was most disappointing was the lack of basic customer service. A simple apology or request to place the order again would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt final and indifferent, leaving me with no reason to return. They didn’t even try! Clearly they don’t need the business or the money!
I have held off writing a review for…
I have held off writing a review for this company because my experience with them is very mixed. They messed up one order very badly. Messed it up a second time equally as badly but the third time did an excellent job.
The next experience again messed up really badly but eventually got there in the end and here we are that I have ordered again and once again there are issues and not little issues, substantial issues so once again I have to write a complaint and have to have it re-printed. Each time they do get there in the end and do a good job but it is a shame that I have to keep experiencing such poor quality to the point that I then get something that is actually very good.
The last experience is a banner, frayed down one side upon opening the package and two eyelets already pulling through the canvas.
Now I need it reprinting because I can’t use the one they have sent.
Was given deadlines for a reply and each time the deadline jas been and gone. Held off as long as I could but this is affecting my daily living and gone on for far too long.
They really do let themselves down!
Do not rely on delivery estimates!
It is not unusual for orders to arrive a day or two later than the estimate from Tradeprint but my latest Express Turnaround order is still not scheduled for delivery and we are currently on day 3 and the estimated delivery has now moved to 7 days from order plus I only discovered this when checking my account - no direct contact from Tradeprint. Customer Service solution is to give me a full refund and say sorry which really doesn't help me meet my deadline and whilst they can change the delivery to day 5, they can't actually guarantee it will be printed in time to ship for arrival on that day.
Poor Service
Pretty poor service. The postcards were very dark and not at all to Tradeprint's usual standard.
But, even more importantly, A6 is exactly 105mm by 148mm and NOT 104mm x 147mm. Anything less has been badly cut.
They defended themselves by raising an issue about the lack of bleed, saying:
That being the case, we would consider this order to have been printed as supplied and regrettably would not be able to offer a resolution on this occasion.
I am very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
So it doesn't matter if the print quality is rubbish because Marc clearly found an issue regardless. I'd gladly have accepted a reprint,
Sadly, there's a pretty big line across the banner I also printed, but after Marc in customer service's response, I won't bother complaining.
Lots of other great printers out there. Choose one of those.
It's like Russian roulette what you get.
Awful trimming with other peoples bleed showing on our job. (3mm bleed exceeded on a business card?) Also other peoples business cards scattered in our job compromising GDPR. Client rejected. Printing wasn't good either. Absolute disaster, and no compensation offered.

ordered a print. when i opened it it was creased and so dark i couldnt make out any of the details. sent them a message through the website to be told they could not reprint & denying responsibility. creases come as standard with trade print apparently. poor job never again!

Rang the service, emailed couple of times. No artwork approval. No delivery. Feels like a scam.
Pretty bad experience for a single £20…
Pretty bad experience for a single £20 print. I paid extra for the artwork check, but I never received the approval message. When I chased it, I was told it would come soon — it didn’t. The next day, still nothing. I spent 20 minutes on hold, got an apology, and was told the artwork check would arrive within 5 minutes. Still nothing.
On top of that, I was told that even if I approved the artwork today, the print wouldn’t arrive until next Wednesday, despite the original delivery date being the 17th of November. No compensation offered for the delay. I had to ask about compensation three separate times just to get an answer.
Overall, really poor customer service and a disappointing experience.
Unreasonable people
Order didn't arrive. I contacted the care team. They didn't give me any information. Next day aftwr waiting i emailed and still no response. I called and findout, for some technical problem my order wasn't even printed!! I was told to take a refunds or redorder for Friday.
I needed these for Thursday latest. I gave them an option to let me print with their competitor Instantprint. They didn't agree to help me pay for the same order coming later than they promised.
I didn't ask for compensation or reimbursement of my loss on profit. Law of the land would give me compensation from them for loss and stress.
I emailed them full day and then without getting a fair and ethical response, I ordered with Instantprint. Now it is 10pm. In 2 days TP couldn't resolve or make a customer satisfied who they put at loss after confirming order twice.
They only speak about reimbursement of order to be delivered Friday but I need to have it on Thursday.
I found this most unethical and unreasonable.
Delivery has been delayed again
Delivery has been delayed again, told that Evri has the parcel but called Evri, and they did not have it, even after the delivery date had passed, honestly cannot rely on this company to deliver on time.
7 of 7 orders will arrive late yet…
7 of 7 orders will arrive late yet again. i dont mind the odd one but its every order at the moment...wouldnt be so bad if you hadnt paid extra for express delivery. this is spoiling the experience and sending me to your competitors at route1...they may cost a little more but deliver on time every time
Avoid at all costs
Extremely unprofessional service with absolutely no sense of urgency. My order arrived damaged due to their poor packaging. The greeting cards were left completely loose in the box with no protection at all (wish I could upload a photo to show how careless this was).
Customer service is painfully slow and unprofessional. I paid extra to have my order delivered by 2nd October, but it arrived damaged. Their "solution" was to offer a free reprint, but that would not arrive until the 7th October, completely missing the deadline I paid extra to meet.
When I asked for a refund of the delivery surcharge, since speedy delivery was clearly not achieved, their customer service team proved incapable of understanding this very simple request.
I will never be ordering from this company again. I honestly wish I could give them a negative rating.
Getting worse
Getting worse, two orders within two days, both delayed, won't upgrade the late delivery to am to help out their failures. Plenty of other trade printers out there.

100+ customised mugs - great delivery and service
We had a custom order for 100+ customised mugs, which the sales team helped to create and manage. The mugs arrived ahead of schedule and were perfect. We'll definitely order again, and would recommend Tradeprint.

After initially having a meltdown on here because I was so upset, They have reached out and solved my issue with the product and I am happy to say that I will now be a return customer, being treated so fairly after my initial complaint.
