He also brings stuff to the UK market that wouldn't otherwise be available to us which is really great when you're chasing speeds and that next bit of magic with your printer. Whenever I've had an issue Rich has been quick to get back to me and sorted me out, even if it was me that caused the issue by myself.

he sends them out same day sometimes an hour after ordering and they arrive next day if rm not over worked or on a strike :)
