Once they finally sent the medication, things have been fine. However, it took over two weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to get from the "approved" status to where the medication was actually sent. It was very frustrating and I was very close to requesting to cancel the entire order and a refund.

I switched to PriorityMeds for my GLP-1s from another company that I had constant problems with. I travel a lot and they would only send me a 30-day supply at a time which left me without medication several times. Their only solution was for me to go without it. Eventually I got disgusted and started looking for a new provider. There are so many online and it was so frustrating finding one that wasn't a bait-and-switch. I'd spend a half hour walking through their sites only to find it wasn't what they said in the headlines. PriorityMeds was the first one I found that would deliver a 90-day supply with a quarterly payment schedule - and the price was exactly what they said it would be, not some low price for the first month then it goes up like other companies do. At first I thought it was too good to be true but I've gotten 2 shipments so far since I started using them and they have delivered on their promises. Renewal is easy and the meds arrive on time and in perfect condition. I am confident I can travel and live my life with the knowledge that my medication will arrive when I need it. Communications from them have been clear and helpful. I hope to stay with PriorityMeds as long as they can continue providing me with what I need and I highly recommend them for anyone considering GLP-1s.

Priority Meds is one of the most irresponsible, fraudulent healthcare businesses I have experienced. You NEVER actually talk to someone. I have tried and get only bots. I have asked to have my prescription stopped and to send me a refund because the prescription had not been sent. All I get is bots. You NEVER get a call back, they sent the prescription out with no follow up. I believe they have no Physicians overseeing their prescriptions which is against the law. The prescribe without knowing or caring how the person is doing. It is all about money and not care of anyone. My next step is to consult a lawyer and the attorney general for fraudulent practice. Do not use this company you will have major regrets.

Stay away. I canceled via their messenger and a week later they billed me for another quarter. Sent the meds. Now, I am going to have 6 mos of meds because I chose to go with another.company. These folks want your money, but the constantly say they will review the issue.

I received my med in a timely manner. The ice packs were still cold. I am starting the 2.5 dose but not sure what line on the syringe to draw out to. I do appreciate your reaching out Carlos. I have received assurances from Julio that I m not going to be charged beyond my initial 3 month subscription as I will be done at that time. Second dose today. Lost 2 lb after first dose. Just a Little nausea at times

My delivery was fine. I am on my 3rd week and no results yet. I thought I would get some info on what to eat. My Dr says I am not eating enough buy I never feel hungry. I also get very constipated. There was no helpful pamphlet or anything with advice with the medication delivery.

I’m not upset with this product I received from priority med. I’m more concerned with the way. They handled my refills when I finish my first six months they automatically renewed me for another six although I found deals from the same company online I wasn’t able to talk to anybody about getting a cheaper price and I also had reached my goal weight therefore I wanted to discuss a maintenance program where I probably wouldn’t need as much medicine . Before I realized that they were sending the medicine it had already been charged to my account.

I have had no problems with delivery and temperature upon arrival. I did have people calling me trying to get me to finish filling out my intake form.When I informed them I was already taking the medication they acted confused. I got ahold of customer service to complain and the calls stopped. I'm very pleased with the results and the pricing

I was suspicious all the meds would be cut weak as many pharmacies do. NOPE
The first shipment was great, second 3 month batch seemed WEAK, So they switched my pharmacy without me having to say a thing, and the third shipment of June, July, August is back to what I'm used to. And I didn't even have to complain or ask. They noted the lack of weight loss and took care of it!!

So far so good! I got the medicine and started it a month ago. I am down 10 lbs already. I have not talked to anyone real yet about anything so I hope if I have to that goes good and not like some have complained about. So at this point I marked 4 star.

I have had nothing but good things to say about PriorityMeds. I did see some of the other reviews about packaging but unfortunately that’s not the company’s fault that’s the shipping they use. Ice was and is always provided. Carlos was great.

The med part is fine (5 stars)... but the constant requests for a review (2 stars) are way past annoying and childish.
The last one "just wanted" a simple review saying how "perfect things are"... The one before was worse... so..yeah.. no..

Same thing. Everybody else said when my medicine came it was hot. The shipping was not done properly. I reached out right away and did not get a call back. Customer service needs a lot of work. Not sure that I will order again until somebody contacts me and makes it right.
