Excellent service. Friendly and efficient

Everything went well with our air conditioner repair.
But, the letter we received following the repair was kinda confusing! We were not really sure what it was supposed to mean and had to call the company to find out.
The letter made it sound like we owed more money or something. Kenny our repair man found out it was still under warranty and took care of it.

You could have skipped the denial letter!

The locksmith was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. And setting up the appointment was easy. Great job. 👏🏻

They have really, really gone downhill. It seems like they never have any service providers to come out. I don't know what's going on, but I wish they would really get their stuff together, because I really, really liked American home shield. We've been with you guys for 20 years. And they said, we only been with them 4 2.So I don't know how that works either

Bryan from AllSouth Heating and Air did an outstanding job. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he took the time to clearly explain the issue, the diagnostic process, and the recommended solution. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the system and equipment. It’s obvious he has strong technical expertise and takes pride in doing quality work the right way. Front Door Pro was hired as a package deal through Moen / Farmers Insurance. Classic bait & switch operation - this is documented all over the internet. They give you the $300 "discounted rate" for the Plumber. Then they come and advocate for more work, when they know you have already invested the time in the process. I was then stuck with another $440 for a loop to add a few feet of pipe. The total job took 1 hour - so $740 was my "discounted" rate for 1 hour of work and a few parts. Could be good - but for now, is a SCAM. Plumber was nice though.

My experience was great because when I called for service they were connected to Pro Frontdoor. I received a phone call to set up an appointment, date and time for Technician to come out to service my AC units.
