Easy to use and follow application, no hassle of resubmitting, great option for business to business transactions.

They took out a double payment. And their staff didn't understand instructions / did explain Procurets limitations. For software licences that one wants to renew for another 12 months, Procuret will not maintain the same payment schedule (e.g. 29th of each month) unless you hapen to pay the first payment of the next 12 months on exactly the same date (e.g. 29th). In other words they only take the payment the moment you fill in their form, and then monthly there after. Which doesn't work if you are not available to pay (e.g. on leave for 3 week) at that time. Their system is not flexible enough. If you can always pay on that same date every year then they are good.

Having a stressful morning regarding equipment malfunctioning, I had to purchase new equipment. The company whom I was purchasing through used Procuret Financial. Outstanding. I got on line and followed the link. Such an easy application to use and informative.

Quick and easy. There was a follow up call to ensure everything was okay. It was very easy to set up the payment plans and proceed. There is also a main page which shows a summary of all details at a snapshot.

Procuret are a great company if you need a little financial assistance in your business on any level. I use them a lot to pay for some of my larger invoices. That frees up some money to pay for other things during the month. What I really like about this company is their customer service and communication skills. They are always very quick to call me to validate any invoices that are received which assures me they take the security of their clients very seriously. After each invoice is paid they will call to say that it has all been finalised and ask if there is anything else I need. I like the fact they go to these extra levels, although, as a person who finds talking on the phone quite tedious, I think this could probably be achieved just as well with a simple text message.

We financed a marketing exercise with Procuret. The interest rate is competitive. The credit vetting process is extremely fast online. We had no problems at all with the service when we needed to call (for instance when we had to change our payment details). Online facilities for viewing the account status are easy to access and read - no BS or gobbledeygook. Our supplier was paid immediately up-front.
Very happy with this company's services and conduct and we have full confidence to use them again as needed.
