I didn't realise it was a finance…
I didn't realise it was a finance application until well into it.
The ID process was lumpy and it didn't differentiate between the company and me the person.
I still don't know who the borrower is, me or the company.
I thought the password strength was a little uncalled for.

Disappointing Experience with Procuret
This is our second year financing a SolidWorks subscription through Procuret, and until now, we've had a positive experience. However, this month, when we requested financing through the sales team of SolidWorks for a second subscription, our application was unexpectedly declined.
What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication. Instead of a call to discuss the decision, we received an automated, straightforward email with no explanation or opportunity for dialogue. I believe a phone call would have been more appropriate and respectful, especially given our history of timely payments and no defaults.
This experience has left me very disappointed with Procuret. And, I will not be renewing our current subscription finance, nor will I consider them for future financing.
