The Product Management and Product Marketing course gave me a lot of new insights that I can apply to my job. The tangible examples teacher Cyril gave were good explained and well thought through, this really helps me to become a better Product Manager. Also, as Cyril made the session really interactive, the knowledge really sticks.

Really good experience! Covers the complete Product Management journey, useful for people moving into PM, but also for experienced PMs without formal education that need some "structure", frameworks, and tools to make their work better.

I highly recommend this course. Matt was a fantastic instructor who guided us through a large amount of material in a convincing and engaging way. He made complex topics accessible and ensured everyone was involved throughout the sessions. The course was well-structured, practical, and directly relevant to our daily work. I left inspired and equipped with new tools and perspectives for product management.

The 3 days felt really well paced and structured in a way that allowed for group discussions, real world examples and collaboration to put learning into practice. Cyril did a great job at explaining everything and took care in ensuring everyone understood before moving on.

Great Course detail, Was full on extensive course with good team building exercises. The course is packed into 3 Days so prepare for an overload of learning, The Tutor was great with excellent industry knowledge. Product Focus gives good support before and after the course is delivered also.

Extremely detailed guide into how to transform into a high quality product manager and progress into a product director role. Cyril was great at explaining and gave us useful real world insights on how to solve problems. Great collaborative tasks to help put what we learn into practice.

Really enjoyable 3 full days, the content and delivery were both ideal for our needs.

However I thought the 3 days were crammed, we could have probably benefited from an extra day. This would have allowed us to spend a bit more time on the exercises.

The course content was high quality and the trainer delivered it in an interesting and engaging way. There is a lot to learn and it is quite an intense 3 days.

I'm particularly impressed with the interest shown after the course to ensure we get the most value from what we have learned.

Cyril Le Roux and Anne Rasmussen did an awesome job leading the team through Product Management and Product Marketing training. They were very prepared, engaged, and provided a lot of breakout sessions where we could work through the tools and concepts with our own products.

The course was well structured with multiple touchpoints throughout the course to see how we're feeling about the course and the content.
They are continuously reviewing how they're teaching and what it is they're teaching throughout.
The content itself was really inciteful and I have learned a lot. The instructors where lovely and very knowledgeable. Impressive offices too, we were really taken care of. Overall I would highly recommend and will be requesting to come back and more courses.

The Driving Product Growth course was highly engaging and informative. The interactive training experience gives you confidence to take what you've learnt back to your business and use it straight away. Combing this with the face to face learning and interaction with the trainers and other Product Managers, it will allow you the opportunity to share and discuss experiences, problems and solutions. Often finding commonality in issues, no matter whether you are a software or hardware Product Manager.

A key take away for me was the understanding of KPI's that allow you to move away from revenue and margin as the main focus. By focusing on Product based KPI's you can actually identify how the product growth can be monitored and what you can influence to restart the growth that is needed.

I recently completed the Product Management and Product Marketing course and found the course highly valuable. The course offered a solid foundation in product management while allowing us to dive deeper into some of key areas. I really appreciated the active interaction throughout – it wasn’t just slides and lectures, but real engagement that kept things dynamic and practical.

Special thanks to our trainer, Steve Buck - he was knowledgeable, approachable, and brought a lot of energy to the sessions. Overall, it’s a great opportunity to gain essential PM knowledge in a short time and walk away with actionable insights.

Product Management and Product Marketing - Course

Great course, the content was good and Aidan made the training even better. Good mix of theory and practical sessions.

I appreciate the effort and content covered in the training, which offers a comprehensive overview of theory and methodology. However, it tends to lack in-depth practical exercises and sufficient time to fully grasp how to apply the tools and methods in real-world scenarios. Often the exercises are decorrelated between them, which make it difficult to identify how tools can be combined in a product organization.

Additionally, at times, several similar tools are presented without clear guidance on when to consider one over the other. I would appreciate insights from the coach on how to navigate the implementation of a product organization, particularly considering factors like team size and maturity, it would be valuable in making the training more actionable.

High quality content, interesting anecdotes from experienced teachers and a lot of useful interactions!
