Amazing standing-desk legs
Amazing standing-desk legs, and even better customer service. Had an issue with a sensor not communicating properly, resulting in the legs not being level & the controller stopping the desk from damaging itself. The issue could be temporarily resolved with resetting both legs to 0, but would return a day or two later.
Nicholas Gali in their sales dept went above & beyond helping me investigate this issue and identifying the cause. Nicholas sent out a completely brand new setup to ensure the legs I have work properly. I can't get over how amazing this customer service is on my expensive order, and how quick they were to solve the problem. Anyone who will listen to me talk about my desk gets a glowing review about progressive desks. This is an awesome brand that has offices in both Canada & USA.

Really good product
Really good product, very easy to assemble, and the customer service was good and helpful. I would just suggest to attempt to deliver all the parts in one trip.
Other than that, Im very happy with my stand up desk. It really made working from home more enjoyable.

Good quality desk
Good quality desktop and mechanical parts, delivered quickly (and for free). I regularly move the desk up and down, and the legs extend smoothly and remain stable even when I'm standing.
The desk was a bit of a pain to assemble, but given the modularity and types of parts involved, I don't think they could have made it much easier.

Timely delivery, issues solved immediately.
The desk was delivered in time. I didn't unpack it for few months and when I unpacked it , I noticed few damaging spots on the top of the table.
I called support and they resolved the issue within one (long) phone call, during which I took pictures and emailed to them. They sent me a replacement desk right away!
I'm very pleased with the service.

Service could be more responsive. Product pretty good
There were several issues, all minor. Some were addressed, others ignored. The product seemed great, so the sightly-less-than-stellar service wasn't a big deal. But in less than a year, the motors are groaning and making weird clicking sounds, and I have to regularly adjust the saved heights because it seems to creep lower. The number stays the same, but a tape measure confirms it gets lower over time. None of my experience is BAD, but it hasn't turned out to be great. 4 stars specifically says "great" on this form, so 3 stars ("average") seems more appropriate. I'd choose 3.5 if I could.

Great desk! Amazing product! The best there was in terms of specs. Have had the desk for almost a year... And it's as amazing as it was the first day. Even when I had an issue, the customer service was amazing too!!

Dead Leg, Unhelpful Customer Service
Few months after getting the L-desk, the corner leg began to drop slightly below the two outer legs. Not enough to be a severe issue, but enough for the desk to not be level; pens will roll towards the corner and every time I lower the desk to the lowest point, the corner leg will reach it's lowest point before the outer two legs resulting in an error and forcing me to reset all the legs.
After several months of customer service back and forth, and a replacement frame the leg continued to drop. Customer service, while giving their best effort, eventually stopped following up and offered no useful solutions when contacted. The load on the desk is nearly 100 pounds beneath the supposed max weight limit and well distributed. The desk is perfectly aligned and no legs are poorly angled or slanted. The floor is hardwood and perfectly level.
All I can conclude, after 2 frames, and multiple occasions of taking apart the desk, putting it back together and redistributing the load on the desk, is that either the max weight limit is wrong by a significant margin, or I got several bad frames. I'm leaning towards the former. The desk while functional, and not defective enough to necessitate replacing it, is experiencing an issue that no $1500 desk should. This leaves me wondering and worried if and when the corner leg will die, since it clearly is experiencing some issues.

Overall things were good
Overall things were good. Errors were corrected quickly: replacing a smashed desktop, and shipping the wrong & missing components and reimbursements were quickly processed. The desk design is great! Unfortunately 2 key problems: 1 major - The shipping company (Day & Ross) was beyond terrible - not only did they destroy the 1st desk top during transit, they also left the second part (the base) & heaviest at the end of my driveway, on a rainy day in a muddy puddle. Communicating with Day & Ross was also a pointless loop. 1 minor problem - most of the sticky things that hold the wires to the metal frame have failed (as in they don't stick). I have yet to ask for new ones.

The mechanisme is great
The mechanisme is great. The only bad side is the poor quality of the table finish. It scratches way to easily. I will most likely replace the top in a couple of years for a solid wood top. At that price, I expected better.
I purchased my assistant's desk from another company because of it. He will most likely have the same problem with the top, but it was a lot cheaper (1/2) which. his mechanism seems to be very similar in quality.
I would recommend progressive desk if they solve this issue.

Good product, bad experience...
When most of my order eventually arrived there was damage to a couple peices. The desk frame was lost by the shipping company and when a replacement finally shipped, the wrong colour showed up.
Overall customer service was friendly, but response times were slow. Minor refunds that were promised (5%) for keeping damaged peices were not honoured.
The product itself is nice, and the quality seems great but the overall experience means I won't be a repeat customer.

Progressive Desk is great
Progressive Desk is great. Components were delivered well wrapped. Reasonably simple to assemble. Desk functionality inclusive of memory on various desk heights, is top notch. What's a review without a suggestion for some improvement? The only element i would ask progressive to look at is the adhesive for the wire management clips. They tend to un-stick. I actually ended up inserting a small screw through each one. Won't come un-glued any more!
