I love my desk
I love my desk. I’ve had it for a few months now and it still looks clean and sturdy. It was a great purchase that will be useful for years to come.

Solid desk
Solid desk, very smooth operation. Went with this brand because of the weight rating and their background as makers of automation actuators and I wasn't disappointed. It holds the two wood tabletops I attached with no wobble at all.

The desk is nice
The desk is nice, but the delivery was terrible. I had the legs quickly but the top came months later

They sent the wrong color desk legs
They sent the wrong color desk legs. Stuck with grey when I ordered black.
Edit: Emailed them as they asked in their original response. Asked about missing parts and the color of the legs. They have not responded about the missing parts and are refusing to do anything about the wrong color legs.

Hi Craig, thanks for taking the time to provide us with this feedback - we're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. After forwarding your concern to our customer service team, we can confirm that you did order an FLT-05 Grey frame which you can verify through your invoice.
As was mentioned in our email to you on October 25, 2021, 3:57 PM PDT, it has been over 8 months since your order was placed. We are no longer able to process an exchange for the frames as per our Return Policy. We can make an exception if you would like to ship back the Grey frames; however, there will be a shipping fee incurred. We can send over an invoice for the shipping cost of the Black frames if that is preferred. From here, we can also provide a pre-paid return label to send back the FLT-05 Grey frames that are unwanted.
We understand that your products were part of a bulk order which you had confirmed with us over the phone prior to payment. The bulk order included the RT-16 remote, which cannot be used with the default RT-11 at the same time. Are you currently experiencing issues with the RT-16 and would like to exchange this for the RT-11?

Desk goes up and down well
Desk goes up and down well. Would like a little faster as well as memory so that I do not need to keep holding the up or down button.
Because of how the table goes up and down, you have to be very cautious with how cables are routes. Cables need to come from the sides, not straight back (think monitor) which means you may need longer hdmi cables.

If you wish to replace your hand remote with a programmable one, please feel free to browse through our website. We also carry cable management accessories which can help you organize your wires and cables since it's able to attach directly to your standing desk.
