What originally began as an insightful blog on the entertainment industry soon became a full-blown organization where people from all over the country could find the latest news, jobs, and careers in entertainment. As our popularity increased, we discovered the blog was not sufficient to meet the needs of the millions of job searchers and aspiring talent who were attempting to build their careers. Our inherent desire to streamline the hiring process became a passion, and we have continued to find new and innovative ways to bring you the latest and greatest from around the industry. In 2021, during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, we built the first version of Project Casting, and in 2022, we launched our first mobile app. Our growth allows us to continue improving the site and bringing our subscribers new and original services that can’t be found anywhere else.

I CANCELED AND CLOSED account almost…
I CANCELED AND CLOSED my account almost 2 weeks ago (LUCKILY I LOCK MY CREDIT CARDS) I received a text Tuesday
11/15 and one today 11/17 saying my bank declined $239.99 worth of charges..idk what type of scam they have going on but its not right. When I tried to log back into my projectcasting.com account OF COURSE I got an error saying that I no longer have an account. So if I don't have an account how are you trying to charge me?????? I wish It was a way to upload my screenshots to trust pilot.

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you signed up for the annual subscription, which is $19.99 per month billed annually ($19.99 x 12 months = $239.88). At any point in time you could cancel your subscription by visiting your settings and clicking "Cancel my Subscription" or emailing us directly to cancel your subscription. Secondly, before charging your account, we send you renewal remind email letting you know of the pending charge.
Please keep in mind, you agreed to the terms and conditions of our Membership Agreement, privacy policy, and refund policy when you clicked “Upgrade My Account.” Also listed in the words is “all sales are final.”
Project Casting has a strict refund policy, and it is only possible to get a refund from us if there is a mistake on our end. If you are certain that you canceled the Project Casting subscription and Project Casting is still charging you for their services, you can get your money back.

This is honestly the absolute worse…
This is honestly the absolute worse experience I’ve experienced with any website in regards to casting. I ordered the 20 dollar subscription yet 239 was taken out my account instead when I reported this problem I was just given a notification that my subscription will be canceled but I can use it until next year oct
When I told them I want a refund back and I didn’t want to work w this company my account was then shut down and not a dollar of my money was so far returned Nore several emails were responded to. I am now not even able to access the account they charged me 250 for.
So basically they took money out my account with out authorization
Closed down my account with no refund thus far Nore responses
239 dollars robbed from project casting not only are they unethical
It’s pretty much a scam

Project casting has really boosted my confidence- before I didn’t feel that I would qualify for a job- but there were listings that pertained to my background- project casting offers a lot of employment for people with all kind of backgrounds- I’d suggest that you sign up for their site
