Hi Aiden, so sorry your lifejacket too a while to get to you, it seems that it was held in customs for quite a few days. Typically when using the free delivery option, your order will be with you in 3-5 business days. I see that it took longer than this so we do apologise, but sometimes our hands are tied with how quickly the couriers fulfil their task. we hope you enjoy the lifejacket at have a great season out on the water

Just keep paddling.
A glitch on the website meant that an alternative product had to be offered. This was dealt with swiftly and I am pleased with the sea lion paddle replacement. The paddle is very light and efficient in the water. Ideal for mature paddlers like myself who want to meander and savour the moment!!

Unfortunately I made previously a bad review due to bad courier experience. The pro marine store helped me a lot to receive goods the soonest and I really appreciated their efforts and the goods I bought are of high quality. I highly recommend the seller

i have never received the goods. Courier tracking informed me that the sender was not there when the courier went to pick up the goods. Now I have requested the sender/seller to resend the goods asap. Up to now I do not have any info...Sorry but the truth has to be told.

Product made specifically for the outboard and great quality, better pricing than OEM. Despatch and delivery super fast . Would have been five stars if the company had responded to my message left on the answer phone.

Many thanks Michael, we're really pleased you like the bags. One question though, could you let us know where you left the message? we've searched through our systems and can't see a message from you, so apologies that this wasn't seen at the time, it wasn't intentional. We hope you have a great summer out on the water!
