Thanks for the feedback, Pete. We're glad to hear that we pitched the content about right for everyone. The intention was for everyone to think about what they could do immediately, before the statutory services have setup their formal systems (which takes time, of course), knowing what the ultimate goals of patient tracking are.

Interesting. I misunderstood what it was going to be about, but stayed to the end so that probably says it all. Some revision, some new stuff, and the interactivity is good as they do follow the chat thread and get to all comments.
