Pure scam.
They advertise 600ml shaker, but it turns out that if you put more than 380ml in the shaker, turn it on and add your powder, the liquid gets spilled out of the shaker.
Of course, you can only notice it at first use, especially since all the influencers don't show this on youtube, instagram and so on.
And of course as well, when you contact them on their website, you get no answer to return the product.
It's really a questionnable brand, could even be some dropshipping product, so you could surely save some bucks buying on aliexpress the same product.
And if the brand is reading this, please get back to me because I want to return the used product as it doesn't fulfill what you advertised.

I bought a Promixx mixer, but the rubber seal broke shortly after. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they offered to send me a replacement. Since I was satisfied with the mixer itself, I agreed. They assured me it would arrive the next day from an Amazon warehouse.

Fast forward two months—still no mixer. After sending six emails and receiving zero responses, I had no choice but to leave a review on Trustpilot. It’s clear they’ve released a defective product and, judging by the lack of response, they're ignoring customer complaints. Very disappointing experience.

Es gab ein paar Probleme mit der Lieferung, es wurden von DPD sogar noch nachträgliche Zollgebühren verlangt.
Diese habe ich nicht bezahlt und mich an den PROMIXX-Kundenservice gewandt.
Mittlerweile habe ich den Blender erhalten! Es hat lange gedauert und ich war zwischenzeitlich auch wirklich enttäuscht und sauer.
Aber nun nach den ersten Shakes muss ich sagen: „Ich bin wirklich begeistert🤩“
Die Shake-Ergebnisse mit dem Blender sind einfach MEGA👍

Auch die Trinkflaschen sind super! Sehr schmal und trotz 750ml nicht zu groß. Sie sind dicht und es lässt sich sehr gut daraus trinken.

Ich spüle alles mit der Hand, auch wenn es mit in die Spülmaschine könnte. Dem Braten traue ich nicht ganz und habe Bedenken, dass sich gerade bei den Deckeln etwas verziehen könnte.

Gestern kam unerwartet noch ein Päckchen 📦 an. Mit 4‼️ Blenderbottles (Pursuit) darin. Wow 😮
Vielen Dank dafür - dass nenne ich eine tolle Entschädigung für die lange Wartezeit 💪
Ich habe mich wirklich sehr darüber gefreut.

Ich kann PROMIXX wirklich nur empfehlen - zumindest den MiiXR X7 Blender und die FORM Flaschen.

Den USB-Shaker PROMIXX Pro kann ich nicht empfehlen. Da ist der Shake-Becher zu empfindlich bzw. kann schnell kaputtgehen (ist mir passiert).

Die Shake-/Blenderbottles PURSUIT muss ich erst noch testen😉
Aber ich bin sehr positiv eingestellt, dass die auch gut sein werden😉

Wiirklich uneingeschränkt kann ich den Kundenservice empfehlen👍
Man muss zwar etwas Geduld aufbringen, aber es lohnt sich. Und die Kommunikation war stets freundlich, selbst wenn ich mal aus der Rolle gefallen bin🙈

Clearly a consistent pattern of these people conning customers. Exactly the same experience as other reviewers below.

Bought a shaker and two months later the rubber seal broke. Was told a replacement would be sent out and I’d get a DPD email and then nothing. Customer service team has ignored a further 5 follow up emails and the new contact form I sent in. Avoid at all costs.

Habe mehrere Pursuit-Shaker und bin sehr damit zufrieden. Sie gefallen mir sehr gut und ich mag sie lieber als das Konkurrenzprodukt mit dem Ball drinnen. Bei einem meiner Pursuit-Shaker war die Dichtung im Deckel defekt. Ich habe Kontakt zum Support aufgenommen. Nach einem etwas längeren e-mail Gespräch wurde das Problem gelöst und Ersatz veranlasst. Promixx hat mir den gesamten Shaker ersetzt. Bin mit den Produkten und dem Kundensupport sehr zufrieden.

Bought one of their Pursuit shakers. Cap broke after 3 months. Seller ignores emails, and they do not respond to messages on live chat either. Horrible experience.

Really fantastic company and great product, I use it every day because it gets my protein shakes very smooth with minimal effort and cleaning plus I love gadgets ☺️ my device broke down in the warrant period. Thank you very much to Lucy for kindly sending me a replacement. I will recommend this product to all my friends.

Bought one of their shakers from Amazon , was initially impressed with the product but it started leaking after 6 months , I contacted promix and the initial customer service was good and was told a replacement would be sent out , that was the 11th Jan , over a month later , no replies to my 3 chaser emails and no sign of the replacement . Terrible customer service , luckily I bought through Amazon who refunded me immediately now I have contacted them . Terrible customer service from Promix would be very wary of buying anything direct from the company

I wanted to give credit where it is due. Promixx and their customer service seem to get a poor press. Many people only review the product when they have a problem, instead of getting in touch with promixx customer service. My brilliant little promixx failed after 3½ months of constant use. I contacted Amazon, who gave me a full refund. However, I also contacted promixx customer service to enquire as to the expected longevity of their mixer, given that they provide a 12month warranty. My emails were each answered very promptly. I was reassured that although faults rarely occur, if the mixer is within warranty it will be replaced immediately. They asked for my order details and then ordered me a replacement unit. When I told them that i had already been refunded by Amazon, they insisted that i keep the replacement as a goodwill gesture. I have myself left bad reviews when warranted (see my review history on trustpilot) so it is nice to flag up a company who go the extra mile!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service.. After my first PROMiXX Vortex Shaker which was faulty... When the replacement shocker started leaking.. I got told it was not in warranty! A premium price product with very poor Customer service

New design is flawed lid is very fragile the old lid or on the new cheap model is a lot more sturdy

Joke of a company reported that my item was faulty and they try to say that I didn’t order it when clearly I gave them invoice complete joke
