in nov 2025, i signed up for the promotion 425 top of the chart promotion for beatport to see if this service will actually help.

i was upsold another service of promotion at 324.00 and since i wanted to ensure success of this promotion i took the extra surcharge.

then i was told it "seems to be heavily restricting visibility in the Techno and Tech House charts. Despite our consistent efforts, we’ve seen these genres underperform across multiple campaigns, even with solid traction."

i changed the genre to raw trance, only to recieve more excuses of how they couldnt push it but they could do it for the next release. i waited for my next release,

our track G&S was number 6 on the chart and we asked them to help us and they pretty much sid the promo was running and we recieved zero extra push on the charts.

they still would not refund my money after i asked and frankly they kept offering to use the credit for my next campaign.

i charted two number 1s without the help of this useless service. we are MDNTMVMT and we do not trust this site.

unfortunatley they are in estonia and you can't do anything about it as a USA company.

This company is great and helps get things done appropriately, on time, and efficiently.

Promosoundgroup is a total scam, scam scam. I used them 2 years ago or so and everything is a lie. Their new updated web page is a total fake when they claim No Bots. I had my Spotify page removed by their use of Artificial streaming. No company can Guarantee you these results without the use of Bots. and it is against Spotify's TOS. Example purchase 50,000 plays 3,000 Followers and 3,000 Saves. This is Bot use only. Their mission statement is completely false and they should be in Jail for fraud. See below:

To the statement below. All my songs were removed and i had to reupload to another DS/Distributor. I spoke to a rude lady that time who was uncooperative. If needed I can search my emails for communication for that period. It will be in the trash section. Just take a look at all the other Reviews here 95% are negative with similar experiences as mine. Don't waste your time trying to defend it, I recall receiving a chargeback as well. I'm not fabricating any Fraud behaviour it was fact.

I had a negative experience. On March 6th, I paid for two soundcloud plays orders. As of today, they haven't been fulfilled.

They rarely respond to emails and avoid direct questions. Eventually, they raised my nationality and refused to fulfill the orders. I haven't received a refund. I wouldn't recommend using them.

If they want to find a reason not to fulfill your orders and keep your money, they'll find it.

⚠️ Scam Alert — Fake Streams, Lost Money, and Spotify Strike
I used Promo Sounds to promote my music, and it was a huge mistake. They completely scammed me. The streams they gave me were fake — Spotify literally reached out to let me know that the activity was fraudulent and even issued a strike on my account.
My numbers started disappearing soon after, and it was obvious the streams weren’t organic. They weren’t coming from playlists or real listeners — I saw 86 “listeners” all from random, suspicious sources at the exact same time.
When I reached out to Promo Sounds asking for a refund, they refused to give my money back. They just ignored the issue and didn’t take any responsibility.
Don’t waste your money. It’s a total scam. If you care about your artist profile and want to grow naturally, stay far away from Promo Sounds.

One of the worst honestly first I don’t get it why they do not respond is that customer service professional? People are paying money to get a service the least Promosound can do is deliver the full order. I paid so much to get TikTok views on a post first of all, my all views dropped down so I had to purchase from another site asap, then on top after confronting they say you already have it like wat a joke. It’s because the views you provided dropped obvs I’m guna buy somewhere else.
Not only just this I recently purchased basic package I received the likes and views but the followers of 1k no where near. I literally emailed them if they can’t complete the order just issue me a damn refund I can take my business somewhere else. This is so frustrating man I paid it nothing comes free 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😭

Opinión: Mi experiencia con Promosound ha sido muy negativa. Contraté una campaña de 5.000 reproducciones en Spotify, envié varios mensajes preguntando por los resultados y no obtuve respuesta clara. Lo que recibí fue muy por debajo de lo prometido y sin ninguna transparencia.
La sensación es que solo cobran y luego desaparecen, sin dar soporte ni cumplir lo que anuncian. No recomiendo a ningún artista trabajar con ellos: es dinero perdido y una gran decepción.

Scam from start to finish. They send the saves and plays, then within hours everything vanishes. No refill, no refund, no reply to a single email. I’m now taking them to small claims court to recover my money. Do not waste a cent on these frauds.

SCAMMMMMM!!!! bought tiktok followers and paid through PayPal. Because my credit card “didn’t work” (which I also believe is a lie) paid my $20 and they didn’t even reply, or send a confirmation or even answer my emails. The phone number doesn’t even work. Please stay away from this business since they don’t even reply. A bunch of liars and a waste of money. SCAMMERS.
