Will keep your money
I paid for a service on June 5th, 2025. The initial payment failed, and I received an email with alternative payment options. I chose PayPal and sent a screenshot of the completed payment to their support team. I never received a response.
On June 6th, I followed up with additional screenshots from both my bank and PayPal showing the payment went through. I was told they hadn’t received the payment and that I would be placed "on hold." That’s completely unacceptable you were paid for a service. If $40 is that serious to you, keep it. I’ve lost more in Las Vegas, NV.
Edit: After contacting PayPal directly, they confirmed the payment had indeed been received. I sent that confirmation to the company, and suddenly they acknowledged the transaction. They then asked if I wanted to proceed or request a refund. I chose the refund due to their unprofessionalism. Afterward, they told me they would only issue the refund if I removed my review. That’s not how business works completely shady and unethical.

This is is how Promosound operate.....I bought 100 YouTube Likes costing a small amount and that went OK...this 'reeled' me in and gave me confidence to place another order which involved much more money for YouTube views and nothing happened. I emailed them but got no reply. I've noticed they usually respond to negative reviews by saying they can't find an Order or Email address and that sort of thing and want you to get involved in lengthy communications. In my email to them I've offered to delete this review if they complete the Order but so far nothing. AVOID THIS OUTFIT

I placed an order at 3.13pm for 1000 followers and 100 likes for my page. It was supposed to be an instant service. It was only partially completed after 11hours after several emails to cancel my order. In my 1st email I told them that in case they were not going to refund me I was going to open a claim with my bank. They answered me "IF YOU DO SO THERE WILL BE ISSUES WITH YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE" This people are Russian after all, what can you expect ?! Better to stay away from this company and choose a better one
