Excellent Service
We used Propel Finance recently to help finance a shop refurbishment. The service we received, particularly from our point of contact Shazia Rasool was first class. Shazia made sure everything went to plan and I was particularly impressed with how pro-active she was throughout the whole process.
I would certainly have no hesitation in using Propel again for any future finance requirements.

Bought a car from Audi as an asset
Bought a car from Audi as an asset, used Propel to cover 30% of the transaction.
Quick, responsive & personal.
At one point I figured because I was getting out of hours emails Propel was a small startup. Surprised to see that was not the case.
Service is great & the paperwork is clear. Audi themselves were positive when I asked how things had gone.

Work Vehicle purchase
I was passed on to Propel finance after speaking to someone from the Barclays business loan team. I had a good chat with Kyle about what I was after and managed to secure finance on a work vehicle. The interest rates seem pretty good compared to other companies I had spoken to and Kyle was great to work with, he has a really good manner when speaking to him and you never feel pressured. All in all a brilliant service.

Excellent stress free service
Excellent service from Kyle helping me secure a company car loan. After providing a (first) quote he was happy to wait while I explored other options. There was no hard sell and there didn’t need to be as Propel were giving the best quote. Once I was ready to move forward everything went through very quickly and by this time the initial offer was even improved. Kyle was warm, patient and responsive. The whole process was amazing and I didn’t experience as moment of stress which I normally would with this kind of thing

Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement…
Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement for a shop fitting. The total cost was £12000.00 and the interest was over £7000.00 pounds. it was taken over 5 years but I wanted to settle the full payment within 1 year. As I was not explained properly over the phone.
They were asking for 5 years interest as well even if you wanted to settle within 10 months.
Carful with this No 1 Thieve company in the UK. Please try and take a personal loans and do it.

Regarding your review, we can’t see that we have received any complaint from you in regard to this matter re the terms of the original agreement that you signed in November 2020, where the full amount borrowed, interest rate and interest amount were clearly stated.
We can see your company ceased trading in October 2023 and you have been making payments since this date, personally, under Directors Guarantee Agreement. Additionally, we can see you asked for a repayment figure in April 2023, but have had no calls, emails or other communications since regarding repayment.
If you would like to have a conversation, please speak to our Collections Team where we would be pleased to discuss your outstanding balance.
