Chris Rich made the whole process of the deal very straightforward. The initial quote was prompt and well explained. Following my acceptance of the quote, things went extremely smoothly and was completed successfully within a matter of days. Chris also took the time to come and see me - I really appreciated the personal touch.

Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement…
Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement for a mobile phone. Over £3000! complained and they threatened court action if I didnt pay, so I CONTINUE to make the monthly payments. County Court claim arrived in the post 2 days ago for over £1300 of INTEREST!!! No prior warning or anything. Obviously I am going to defend it, cant wait to meet RYHS LAVENDER in person.

We can see that you purchased the equipment from one of our vendor partners, asked us to finance the purchase and signed a finance agreement with us.
Additionally, we understand that you took out a separate services agreement with the vendor. You advised us that you had raised a complaint directly with the vendor last October regarding a price increase that they had levied under their services agreement.
We advised you that the agreement was entirely separate to ours, however we have a file of communications with you since then in which you dispute this and most of which you have not responded to.
Our complaints team have additionally reached out to you this week however you stated that you did not want to engage with us. Regrettably therefore we are unable to help you further at the moment but please feel free to contact us at any time.

Absolutely the best finance company I've dealt with.
Alex was very easy to talk to, explained everything step by step, really quick reply on the approval and dealt with the motor dealers and my request with out fault, really went the extra mile.
Added bonus of having a connection to my bank which made me feel comfortable with the loan, very good rate as well.

Good experience from start to finish.
Propel quoted for finance for several vehicles, as I struggled to find one that was suitable. Luke always responded quickly and was patient while I continued to shop around. Once I found the right vehicle, the whole process was quick and easy.

Competative rate and excellent service
We needed some finance for a new sprayer, so contacted our agriculture manager at Barclays who suggested Propel Finance. Propel were extremely efficient and gave a quote within hours, after some minor adjustments the paperwork was completed efficiently within a couple of days. After the machine was delivered Propel contacted us to see all was in order and again after a months use. Excellent service from Sarah and would use again without hesitation.
