This was our first time re-mortgaging and Harry and Amy were great. Both very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. There were a number of delays on the solicitors side, but Amy was brilliant with chasing them and kept us updated throughout.

Great service for remortgage. Daniel could not have been more helpful in finding the best mortgage to suit our needs. All communication was answered promptly by Daniel and his team, who provided advice and liaised with the solicitor and lender on our behalf for anything we wanted to know, nothing was too much trouble. We completed in two months with no issues. Highly recommend.

Used these guys two years ago when they were Green mortgages and I had excellent service, this time round not so great. They contacted me in plenty of time for a ‘remortgage’ as my current deal is coming to an end.
The broker did not listen, he found me a new deal however as I felt railroaded & rushed by said broker (massive red flag for me) I also asked my current provider (which they sourced two yr ago) same figures yet current provider were offering cheaper deal and over shorter term??? When looked at figures the broker had requested £2k more than discussed, despite highlighting this and being advised by the lovely and very helpful admin mgr (initials ND) the broker would ring me back and sort out I never heard from him again.

So whilst I previously experienced v good service this was poor experience and you lost my business.

I can’t thank Amy and Tom enough for helping me remortgage. I’d never moved my mortgage before and they made it so easy. Excellent communication and excellent service. They’ve also saved me over £400 per month and reduced it by 4 months!! Thank you both so much. Definitely recommend this company!
