Michael and Nina were fantastic and made the whole process easy and stress free. I spent 2 hours on the phone to Halifax answering silly questions previously and got no where, a quick 20 min phone call with Michael and Proper advice handled the rest. Very friendly, professional, open and honest. I felt very comfortable talking but my financial situation.

Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even during holiday periods and staff changeovers (due to maternity leave) I felt the handovers were excellent so it meant I never had to chase or start a conversation again with somebody new as everyone was up to speed on my case before speaking to me.
