Propermusic.com is part of the Proper Music Group Ltd and was launched as an online store in October 2011 to supply music CD's, Vinyl, Bx Sets etc... direct to customers at competitive prices with an exceptional level of customer service. We've been supporting independent record labels and music since 1988. Our main aim is to provide an online shop window for the kinds of specialist music from artists and labels that you would not otherwise have the opportunity to find or discover in stock elsewhere. Our sister company, Proper Music Distribution is the largest independent distributor in the UK and we are able to supply music from over 2000+ labels from all over the world, regularly releasing over 150 new releases or re-issues every week. We employ dedicated and experienced staff who provide a polite and professional level of customer service through our extensive product knowledge from working within the music industry for many years. All our orders are despatched using a first class or airmail service with Royal Mail (Tracked as standard for all UK orders, optional for ROW) or via our network of courier services. Your opinion matters greatly to us and our reputation relies on it, so any feedback good or bad would be greatly appreciated and most welcomed. Your total satisfaction with our service is our ultimate goal.

Highly rate this company - my order was dispatched quickly and arrived less than 48 hrs later. Great comms and easy to navigate the site. Item was processed and delivered quickly. It was well-packaged and in good condition, with a paper invoice and return envelope helpfully included. Would definitely buy from PM again to keep indie artist careers sustainable!

Superb service
I rang the company and spoke to David before purchase as the cd description showed jewel case and I was looking for a digipack with contents sticker.David contacted the warehouse who called back and confirmed that it was a digipack with sticker.
I made the purchase and it arrived in 2 days in perfect condition.
David updated the website cd description to digipack.
I was extremely impressed and I'm sure most companies would not have gone to the trouble etc
First class service.

I ordered the deluxe cd didn’t receive first cd so waiting For nearlya month to find they sent the wrong cd and trying to say it was graffiti on the cover,but it clearly shows different songs on the deluxe album which I have emailed to yourselves and had no response

Dear Fiona, We have contacted the record label directly and we can confirm that the original release date was delayed and put back by the record label from 29th March to 24th May, hence the original delay that you experienced. Royal Mail then lost the original order when it was posted so a replacement order was sent out. And as for the product itself, there is no Deluxe Edition for the CD, this is the only physical version available. The Deluxe Edition refers to the additional digital only tracks made available by the record label for the digital release (They have even bundled the digital tracks together with the CD on there own store). The incorrect artwork for the CD has since been replaced with the original image by the record label. I hope this explains the confusion that has surrounded this release and we can offer you a refund if you wish to return the CD back to us.

I was excited to see the Rolling Stones single on the Proper Music website. I bought it straight away ... and it was here, exceptionally well packaged, within 48hrs. I've never been disappointed either by Proper's stock or their service. Highly recommended!
