I requested a report on Mar 14th for some documents of which it indicated I would pay $9.95. Then I saw transactions for an additional $7.00 and $1.00. I have no idea what that was for. I neglected to follow up on that. Then, again on Apr 1st, another $9.95 appeared in my account. I found no place on the website to cancel anything or find out what the charges were for. I engaged with a representative on chat, who was able to cancel the account and refund for the April charge. This person was very helpful. I do believe the company needs to do a better job on their website explaining their billing and account procedures and also have a place to cancel any account and/or transaction.

After I was done with getting the information I needed, I was able to cancel my account in less than 2 minutes.

They help me find some property information that otherwise I had no idea how to go about! But I apparently signed up for a subscription? I reached out to them immediately and they ended my subscription and returned a full refund.

The experience was good, but not sure if I signed up for the account. The agent said that my account was cancelled based on my request and my card will not be charged again. I did get an email stating my account was cancelled.

I've bought a PDF document from this company believing something that is not. I got right back to the web site and had a live chat with a customer agent. She was wonderful and dived right into my refund request and processed it. I was amazed at how quick and easy my refund request is resolved.
