Easy to reach about a question I had with my order. Order arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Appreciate the custom panel offerings that are difficult to find in stores.

My order was handled as you would expect. I was informed on the delivery status periodically. This is the way things should work. Thanks.

Great product - carefully packaged so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. Arrived fast and was accurately sized. Couldn't ask for more.

They were great to work with. My item came damaged from shipment. It was packaged very well however ups dropped it on the corner. I contacted Pro product sales and the had another one shipped that day. They could have not been better to work with. You don’t find companies like this very often. Also the product was great

After placing my order, it arrived very quickly and was correctly custom made. It was packaged superbly. I would like to see a button added to the product page that specifically says "custom order? click here." If there is one, it was not showing in my browser, so I had to select a standard size to advance to a screen that allowed me to enter my custom order into the comments. I got help from a gentleman named Martin who was both patient and helpful.

Product worked out as intended. A little on the expensive side for a 12x12 piece of plastic. Shipping charges were way too high but unfortunately it is what it is.
Thank You

The custom hatch cover was well machined and packed with a board to ensure it would not break during shipping. Very pleased with the appearance and craftsmanship. Also, a good value.

Product was as advertised . very quick delivery. thank you.

I ordered replacement keys for an access panel in my condominium. The website was accurate and had helpful images that gave me confidence i was ordering the right item. Solved a major problem!!! BTW, they arrived pretty quickly.

Thanks

This was the only company I could find that would make a custom access panel in the size I needed. I called in before placing my order online. Martin was very kind and helpful. Placing my order on their website was easy. I received my panel quickly. Thank you!

Excellent product and service. Arrived quickly once reordered due to UPS losing first shipment. Would definitely recommend

Good quality product that met the need. Came with the required hardware to install.

Nice selection. product as described. took a bit longer to arrive than expected but likely not their fault.

panel was just what I needed to cover the opening, easy to install, looks great

Pro Products were helpful and a pleasure to communicate with prior to my purchase. They quickly delivered exactly what they promised.

Thanks for the help obtaining an access panel. It will work well!

Ordered and received the custom product as expected and am very happy with it..thank you

Superb guest experience.

Unfortunately, the ceiling is not flat. Hopefully the panel is pliable enough to compensate. Happy with my panel although I thought it was a little over priced.

Good product. Shipping is way too expensive to Canada for such a tiny item.
