Good service. The items arrived on time

Misleading policy and poor service - there is a no return policy on some orders, but not all, and the information is buried in the terms and conditions. An extra fee was paid for expedited delivery, but the "inconvenience" to the company prevents return even if restocking fee could be charged. Most reputable companies will make such a policy clear in its order submission information. Do not do business with this company if you can find the products elsewhere.

Not a good company to work with. I will buy local next time.

Received what I ordered in a timely fashion, and was pleased with the quality.

Good pricing and quick delivery. Very helpful company

Good support. Great inventory. Quick ship.

Generally, the windows and installation were completed as expected with only a few minor exceptions. The time to get the windows from ordering to receipt was over 4 months, but it was during the COVID outbreak so it was okay. The windows were installed by a separate contractor who did the installation well, but they were a bit messy and disorganized. We had to touch up their touch up painting. They used our vacuum cleaner because theirs weren't working so good. If you use this company, try to get a hard date for delivery or no later than date on the contract. When they install, make them use dust screens to prevent tiny aluminum shavings from being blown all over in your house. Have a pint of exterior trim paint ready for them to touch up. You tell them which windows to change the next day so you can prep just that portion of your house. 20 windows took 4 days. 1 screen was warped, but delivered a replacement the next day.

Friendly, upfront , and helpful.

Great experience they helped me with locating the hand set that I needed and got it shipped to me quickly.

Hard to find hardware delivered on time. Good quality you will never find in a hardware store theses days.

Received the product on time and in good condition, all I could ask for!

Great customer service! Jeff went above and beyond to find enough of the parts to get me through a tight spot.

The product that I ordered was exactly as described and fit my application.
