Item faulty, team no help replacing it

Great service from the Pro Sound and Lighting team helping us decide what would best suit our needs. Unfortunately we couldn't use the hired item as we didn't confirm the set up at the venue's end. A learning for our next hire.

The ordering and delivery were excellent, and the product was less cost than other suppliers. :-)

Easy online process. The equipment was of great quality with easy pick up. Helpful staff and an emergency phone number if there is a problem ( I didn’t use it but it was reassuring that there was one). Check you have the cables that go from the sound source to the speakers. I hired for a birthday party and I didn’t think about that. The speakers only come with a power cable each. We also hired a strobe and laser which were great and easy to use.
