Prostobox Avaliações

Hello everyone, I want to start this review with gratitude to this service. The parcel was delivered on time, which was written on the website, which is good, since not all intermediaries keep their word. I’m also pleased with the price, compared to other services it is quite low, delivery of my parcel cost $23, and at the same time, it was delivered in 8 days

Perfect job, operative and super fast delivery 🚚,never writes reviews but this guys really doing great job .Thanks

My experience with Prostobox goes back to 2020, and it's been nothing short of awesome. They offer fast service and prices that won't hurt your wallet. I've ordered a laptop, an iPhone, and lots of other stuff with their "Для экономных" plan, and it's been smooth sailing. Just in case you're wondering, my tracking number is PCT000000529595. Honestly, I don’t bother with other delivery services when Prostobox consistently gives me the best deals.

I would like to briefly say a few affectionate words about Prostobox. My acquaintance with this site happened back in 2019, then I ordered a backpack from abroad for the first time. The main problem for me was to choose a reliable and not expensive intermediary in America. I looked at a lot of information about all the existing intermediaries and the only intermediary that had cheap shipping prices and numerous positive reviews was Prostobox. The delivery was fast and cheap, with no pitfalls. Since then I have been ordering goods from abroad through Prostobox. It is very pleasant to work with this company, fast responses from support, low prices for delivery, easy to replenish the balance, I have never encountered fraud, although I have ordered quite expensive things from abroad (the most expensive product was a laptop for 200k, which was safely delivered to me). Negative sides of this company has not yet found. My only wish is that the company would leave the same pleasant prices for delivery even in such a difficult current situation.

My experience of using this service is rather positive. But there were problems that I stiffed on - you should carefully read the information on the service and reviews in advance. Namely - carefully observe the weight reserve! I paid for an extra 50 grams as for a kilogram.
The parcel reached me, although it took a long time. At the warehouse came quickly, but then everything slowed down. They say it was in an unlucky period.
The best price offer among competitors, there are discounts and promotions, easy to use the service.
It is expensive now to order to Russia from abroad, but somehow we are making it. Because sometimes it is very necessary.

Ordered three times shipping of iherb from the U.S. to Russia, the parcel is collected and processed within 2 days, payment by any card of the Russian Federation, on September 1, the exchange rate was 115 p per 1 $, in Russia the parcel was 3 weeks, there is technical support, answer any question within 24 hours in a personal account, and the mail comes notification of a ready answer, the average cost per 1 kg is 2000 p, simple registration in a personal account, there is also a history of all orders and payments.

I have been using different forwarders for many years.
But in light of recent events, Prostobox is the best.
Parcels are delivered on time
Support is great
Redemption by buyers, well, very fast
In addition, periodically redemption for free
There is no better service at the moment
I recommend to everyone!
The dollar exchange rate is of course high, but the good is not cheap

Very good service, who help delivery anything you want to Russia

Started using April 2023. Convenient site, everything is clear. Really fast delivery speed: to Moscow from their warehouse in Delaware about 7-10 days. I received 8 parcels from Joesnewbalanceoutlet (by the way, a very cool site) - I paid with a Kazakh card, but you can buy through Prostobox without a commission - promo code GETITNOW. Prices are the same as in online stores. Operator responds quickly. In general, everything is very convenient. I recommend. Tracking PCT000000771471

This is the best delivery service at the moment. You can farm dallars for reviews, replenish with crypto, there is a promik for 1 order. Very cheap, promotions. The price per kg is less than everyone else, no cheating. Use the calculator. Also located in a tax-free state of the United States. In general, I advise everyone, I will continue to use. All good luck and good luck!

The parcel PCT000000787897 of 2.2 kg reached Nizhny Novgorod from Delaware to Nizhny Novgorod in 8 days and 43 dollars. It took 24 days from the moment of payment to receipt of the parcel. The order was bought out by the buyer, almost immediately. Sent what I ordered.

PLUSES:

- convenient, clear site;

- channel and bot in telegram,

- good logistics.

MINUSES:

- extremely inhumane exchange rate of dollars

I recommend the service!

When H&M left Russia, I was a little upset. They have very high quality things there and the materials are very pleasant to the body. I used to order only there. Recently I came across the site and there was hope. At first I did not believe. But then overcame myself and still tried to order. The interface of the site is clear and simple. Everything is explained on the fingers. It came pretty quickly. Everything is packed. Happy as an elephant. Thank you for pleasing people who think they can no longer please themselves with branded things at a normal price.

Very pleased with the service, I recommend it.

great prices, lots of promo codes

My first package arrived within the expected timeframe - in 3 weeks. The tracking number is CQ003672028RU. I delivered books, which they wrapped in bubble wrap at my request, but somewhat carelessly, leaving the edges of the books exposed and placing them in the box without much thinking. However, it seems that the "fragile!" sticker helped to avoid damage (only one book corner suffered). I hope that next time these nuances can be corrected with a detailed comment to the packer. Among other pros and cons of the service:

Responsive customer support is a plus
The exchange rate for topping up with Russian cards is quite high, around 100 rubles per dollar, but they recently introduced the ability to top up via the USDT cryptocurrency network, where the rate is more favorable.
There is often a promo code available that allows you to use the ebauyers service without commission. I have used this service several times to purchase goods on eBay, and they were purchased within a couple of hours each time.

I have used the services of 4 forwarding companies, and in my opinion, prostobox (pochtoy) offers a convenient service. I just hope that the packers will follow the packaging comments

In general I am satisfied with the service. The parcel was tracked all the way, the site is quite handy, you can calculate the cost, good customer service, answer all questions, redeem the goods quickly, of course the rate is not very favorable, but all cheaper than buying in Russia. All came in one piece, of course mail to order a long time but cheaper. Trek Sendings CQ003646601RU

Good service. Very fast and easy to use for anyone, you can order from many sites and everything will be delivered if the item is not on the prohibited list. I recommend it to everyone.

Out of the minuses of the site interface in which at each entrance you are waiting for a series of introductory notifications, even if you're a year customer service, navigation is not the most convenient and sometimes quite a long time to gather parcels for shipment.
There is a lot to work on - but on the whole I am satisfied)
