Ive made a few orders and each time i loved all the pieces I’ve gotten! Shipping takes a few days but I can justify it since the clothes feel high quality and unlike other clothes. Very first time they had a promo and I got a gift card from them and even THAT card was heavy and just a cool ass card . I like that they focus on quality vs quantity overall

really unique & cute pieces. the quality is great, especially the jumpers. international shipping was really fast and not too expensive. will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Really enjoyed the quality of the clothes, they feel great and look very unique. I did find the sizing slightly difficult to gauge and miscalculated my size, ended up with an item of clothing too big.

I found Protemoa's customer service very helpful, they responded promptly to my messages and gave clear instructions. I did have to pay a shipping fee in order to return what did not fit, but I don't mind it. This is clearly stated on the website so wasn't a surprise to me.

Received replacement in great packaging and am very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be buying again in the future!

I’ve ordered many items from Protemoa and none of them have disappointed me. The designs and fittings are perfect and I always get compliments from them. The packaging is also very beautiful, small details makes perfect.

I recently purchased a pair of B Jeans from Protemoa, and I have to say, they were absolutely worth the wait! Living in Australia, the shipping time took a little longer than I expected, but after trying them on, I can confidently say that these jeans are the real deal.

great pieces but customer service is non-existent, emails get ignored so I can't even initiate a return/exchange due to sizing differences (vendor does not cover return postage, and returns must be received within a certain window of time from delivery). won't be buying from here again unfortunately.

I’ve ordered from Protemoa many times now, and I love their stuff. The designs are unique and it always comes packed really well (I actually kept all the zipped bags they send the clothes in because they’re so versatile haha).

I have ordered from this company before and was quite satisfied, when I ordered a second time they did not even send my package. I contacted customer service and the confirmed that they did not send it. I tried to get more information, but no response. The only answer I got was that they needed my tax number. They did not need that last time I i did not fill it out for the order. I mailed that I don't want to give that information, and if they can't deliver the package with my adress, just refund. No answer. Message sent around 2weeks, ago

Update, they sendt me a message, and refunded me. So I guess they are not able to send to Norway. That is understandable, but they stil did not refund until after I sendt multiple messages (took over 2 month since the order). They also did not answer any of my replies to their emails. So if you want to contact the send a message to their Forum.
So to summarize, I believe it's safe to order, but it's a 50% chance you get an order or a refund after alot of hassle.

The quality of the items were great and the packaging looks cool too. It also comes with cool gacha metal cards.

All the jeans i wear are from this website. theyre good quality, the right fitting and always get compliments on them. i recommend!

Protemoa has never let me down or my friend so we always look forward to their new releases. Every piece I’ve ordered has been great quality, with unique, edgy designs that don’t compromise on materials. I really like that everything is made in limited quantities, it adds that bit of FOMO and makes each item feel special. Delivery is always fast and reliable (we are based in UAE), and their customer service is super accommodating. I’ve ordered from the new drop and have requested for a change of size ahead of delivery and they’ve been very responsive.

I’m always excited for the next drop or the return of the Paris heels! Missed this one and regret it ever since. Can’t wait to receive my new items this month xx

As the delivery time encroaches upon one month, my excitement has mellowed into disappointment and confusion. I have not heard from the warehouse since the 6th of May... it is the 24th of May as I am writing this review. I have reviewed the order several times to check that my address and details were in place, and I do not have any clarity on where my package is.
I have reached out to the warehouse on multiple occasions to follow up and received nothing in response. That being said, I will give it to customer service for trying to figure things out on their end and making this experience a bit more bearable. However, that has also been uneventful and ultimately unsuccessful.
I do love the pieces, albeit the $10 shipping fee for fast delivery, and I was planning to purchase more after this order, so my disappointment is starting to grow as I have yet to receive my package (it is just one cardigan).

Update!
They resent the package and it looks like it's from a different warehouse(CN), not the US warehouse. I think this is more of a shipping company issue than the brand. The cardigan did have a hole in knitting of the sleeve, but I quite liked it. I was missing the universe card which was disappointing.

recieved my Bjeans 1 and it looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. The jeans i got is just some normal looking blue jeans with barely any visible wash displayed. Also within the first couple weeks it appears to have already ripped around my cr0tch area which i found weird so i patched it up then another rip starts to form around the same area.

Fast delivery, love their clothes and customer service were very hands on which I appreciate. Will definitely be purchasing from them again as a result
