We are sorry if you had a negative experience with Proveit. We identified you on our systems. In summary, as you've seen, we are here to help you all the way to recuperate your money. As mentioned, there are two scenarios where one can recuperate the interest. One is called DCA, the other is called HC (hidden commission). You had a negative decision for DCA. On 22nd of December we advised you to file the second complaint. And we never heard back from you.

Great service
I am very pleased with the help and guidance I received from ProveIt. They helped me to get in contact with my car lender. After 8 weeks I received a positive response from the finance company confirming my car finance was affected by the discretionary agreement.
I fully recommend ProveIt. They are professionals, well informed and the communication is outstanding. They will make sure you understand your claim process and will guide you through every step of it.
I know some people are reticent because of their fee upfront, however I can confirm that this is totally worth it and it’s a complete honest and trustworthy service.
I feel like I need to add here that my current location is not Cyprus but I was on holiday when I wrote the review and the tracking location was on for Trustpilot.
I am a Romanian rezident in UK.

Buna ziua. Multumim pentru feedback. Noi v-am confirmat acum 2 zile ca va facem refund si va intrebam daca este OK sa va facem refund pe cardul cu care ati achizitionat serviciul. Ne-ati confirmat acum 2 ore si acum noi v-am facut refund. Daca considerati ca meritam o stea pentru ca am depus toate eforturile necesare sa va recuperam bani, am vorbit la telefon de cateva ori, ati vorbit si cu fondatorul nostru, dl. Adrian Defta, si cand nu am reusit sa va recuperam banii v-am facut refund in intregime (intr-o sarbatoare legala cand nimeni nu este la birou), atunci…. Este parerea dvs. Dar permitati-ne sa nu fim de acord cu parerea dumneavoastra la modul cel mai politicos posibil.
O sa redau mai jos cazul dvs. pentru transparenta. Bineinteles ca nu lucram cu date personale si nu vor fi detalii personale, dar consider ca cititorii nostrii considera sa afle adevarul.
Ati achizitionat serviciul nostru in Iunie 2024. Pana pe 24 Decembrie nu am putut sa luam legatura cu dvs. pentru ca nu ne raspundeati nici pe emailul cu care ati cumparat, nici pe telefon. Pe 24 Decembrie ne-ati contacatat de pe alt telefon si ati avut o discutie telefonica intr-un final cu fondatorul nostru, dl. Adrian Defta. Atunci ne-ati spus ca nu mai aveti access la acea adresa de email pentru ca un prieten al fetei dvs. a facut cererea si nu ati mai tinut legatura.
Am fost suficienti de flexibili sa modificam datele dvs. la noi in sistem (alt email si alt telefon). Apoi am parcurs etapele normale sa va recuperam banii. In primul rand am incercat la finantator (Creation Finance), dar din pacate nu au vrut sa raspunda in 30 de zile, si apoi inca 30 de zile. Este procedura standard sa asteptam 30+30 de zile.
Apoi noi am mers mai departe la ICO, si apoi la FCA, pentru a va ajuta sa va recuperate bani. Intre timp ne-a contactat si persoana care a achizitionat serviciul initial de pe email-ul initial. In tot acest timp colegii de la support incercau sa desluseasca acest caz si sa isi dea seama cine este clientul nostru.
Dvs. ati decis acum cateva zile sa nu mai mergeti mai departe. Si, desi nu aveti dreptate conform cu termenele si conditiile noastre pentru ca nu am ajuns la final, am agreat sa va facem refund. Si v-am intrebat daca este OK sa va facem refund pe acelasi card cu care ati achizitionat. Ne-ati confirmat acum 2 ore si noi v-am facut refund desi biroul nostru este inchis astazi pentru ca este bank holiday.
Daca un asemenea serviciu, pentru care nu ati platit nimic (avand in vedere ca v-am facut refund 100%), merita o stea…. So be it.
