I ordered this item 12days ago…
I ordered this item almost 10 days ago have not received any updates and have not received any packages every time they tell me that I got a FedEx tracking number it does not work. It will not give me no information. The tracking says will update soon. Today is the 26 and I still haven’t received any updates.Why would you tell me that my package will be shipped within two to five days and here it is over 12 days I haven’t received item.

We’re very sorry for the way your order experience has turned out so far, and we take full responsibility for the lack of clear updates and also not for not clarifying it in more detail on our website. We completely understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologise for the concern this has caused you.
As we mentioned when we spoke with you on Sunday, your Jordans were ordered on August 15th and shipped on August 20th with FedEx. Our processing time is indeed 2–5 days for the Jordans, and delivery with FedEx typically takes 6–12 days once shipped. While FedEx tracking can sometimes take extra time to reflect movement, because of the special route we have used for shipping, once it does update, delivery usually occurs within 24–48 hours unless FedEx attempts delivery while you’re not present.
That said, it’s on us to keep you better informed, and we should have made the process clearer from the start. We are truly very sorry for not doing it prior. We will also make sure to clarify it better on our website.
Please rest assured that you can still expect your package this week, and we will notify you immediately once the tracking updates.
We are committed to ensure you receive your sneaker as promised.

I ordered two pairs of men’s shoes and they were both shipped but I received only one pair
I notified them of this and with no questioned asked they sent me another pair. I received the replacement quickly and was very pleased with the shoes. I happily recommend this company to everyone.
