Outstanding customer service!
Outstanding customer service from the beginning to the end. Ordered a vest that was a size to big and the return of the vest for the proper size could not have been any smoother.
They stayed in constant contact to assure the return.

Ein ganz toller Händler. Jetzt habe ich endlich meine Schuhe erhalten. Natürlich sind das Originale. Der Kundenservice ist fantastisch. Sehr nett sehr zuvorkommend agieren immer zu Gunsten des Kunden und Antworten sehr schnell. Ich bin total happy mit meinen Schuhen. Ich würde bei dem Händler jederzeit wieder Schuhe kaufen. Und sollte es hier negative Bewertungen geben dann kann ich diese absolut nicht nachvollziehen

Thought it was scam but it wasnt…
Found their instagram thought it was fake, Found out it was Grey market shoes so then i thought lets try it, Few weeks later i got my first shoe felt and looked perfect, So ordered 2 other shoes with the fastest delivery time, And i would recommend buying youre shoes here also the nicest customer service and they reply very fast 100% worth the money!

We understand how easy it is to overlook these details, and we were more than happy to accommodate your request for the UK size 9.5 as soon as you noticed the error you had made during ordering.
We've pre-arranged size UK 9.5 for you, so that the moment we receive your return, we can quickly send out the correct larger size to you.
We also requested for the tracking code of the return shipment to ensure a smooth exchange, but unfortunately, we did not receive it. We also sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience regarding our returns policy as well; as we had discussed with you previously, our store does not offer free returns.
