I am a new reader on Psychic Sofa and I am finding this to be an excellent platform. Right from the very start with the recruitment process, everything was handled very well, and nice to see that this platform actually do test their readers before giving them an account. My first time logging in I didn't have to wait long for a call at all and their system works smoothly. Anyone talking about being 'bullied' by this company is talking complete and utter nonsense, I haven't logged on much at all since I've been approved and haven't been 'bullied' once. By the way they communicate with their readers, obviously this is a company that values their readers. The pay is also excellent, even if logging on for less than 10 hours per week, you will still earn well in excess of the national minimum wage (2025 rates). I will most certainly be leaving my current platform and settling with Psychic Sofa as my sole platform for providing phone readings, and building a client base here. James 4503

My experience so far has been positive. The strengths are work when you want . Payment has been on time 100% of the time . The admin leave you to do your work without interference which is great. The callers are mostly good. As I said earlier you don’t get much input from admin but the few times I did need to reach out the interactions were helpful. Room for improvement would be having a direct line to the admin team . Although they do usually reply within 30 minutes. I would also like to see psychic sofa take advantage of social media more . Considering billions of people use it the opportunities there are huge. I would recommend working at psychic sofa to other psychics . I have several friends who work for the company and they are all happy to work for them

Worked for this company for years.
There was only one hick up with the wages one Friday.
It had paid the previous weeks wage instead of the current weeks pay.
Resolution, Pyschic sofa sorted first, those that had experienced short in their wages that day and those that had been overpaid by the mistake balanced it the following weeks wage.
No rota is a advantage work is truly self employed. I’m still the boss of my time.

I have worked with PS for a few years now. I like the fact I can work with nobody breathing down my neck unlike another company I worked for . Have always been paid on time and able to make my own hours.

I am a reader at psychic sofa and they always always paid on time. They have increased the money hourly rates and what i make here is more than my other government job I have which I do for pension reasons. They have always been accommodating and what i like best is they don't force you do a certain amount of minimum hours like a few psychic companies I worked for in the past.

WOW! Ive been having a flick through the reviews for this great company and am very surprised (and disappointed) by the negative reviews from past Readers. I have been working for Sofa for a while now and can honestly say that I cannot relate in any way to the negativity. They are a great Company to work for, payment always, without fail, on time and I always know exactly what I am getting paid. The team are supportive and helpful and always respond very quickly with any queries I have had. Callers are, in the main, dealing with problems in life and come to us for clarity and guidance, they are not always easy to read for but this is part and parcel of the job. Its no good blaming Psychic Sofa for this. Its how you deal with it as a Reader. I have never been approached by Sofa to write and get paid for a review. Utter nonsense. There is no pressure whatsoever to log on, pressure to complete 10 hours, it is completely up to you as a Reader how many hours you work. I love working for Sofa and long may it continue and would highly recommend anyone looking to work as Reader to apply for work with them. You wont be disappointed.

I have been a tarot reader for psychic sofa for two years and I have always felt appreciated and welcome. On the odd occasion I had a query they responded quickly and to my satisfaction. Never had any issues with late or incorrect payments and I've never been bullied - the team are lovely. I really enjoy working with them.

Ive been very depressed so called up here few times. The company have tested their readers my favourite is Angel 4403 reason she is shaman healer lightworker.
She has not questioned things done 33 years professional, I had a problem with family she got my grandad gave name of 1 family member.
I do not get judged told what to do theres remote viewing done now that was fabulous. Saw a house i had been to look at inside shape of rooms ect. Yes i moved last summer exactly as she said. Tori is fab reader she picks up without having to fish same as Angel. Also non judgemental both were easy to chat to Way back Abigail was very empathetic they do need your voice to link good to spirit

I've been working for PS for just over two years now, and it is the best job I've had (and I've had quite a diverse range!) It is versatile and helpful which is vital for my lifestyle. Other platforms I believe, are far more rigid in their approach to shifts etc, which in my opinion would create tension in the reader and therefore perhaps cause them to not be as free flowing and confident. I have made some wonderful friends in the callers and to know I have helped them in some way is champion! I think as with anything, the evidence of quality readings and popularity of a site is in the fact that PS is always busy.

I have been a reader on this site for a few months now.
I have never been bullied into saying anything or told I have to keep anyone on the phone.
I am always paid on time.
It’s an easy company to work for, I have no complaints about my treatment with this company .I am always upfront with my clients.
I try to mange my clients expectations and tell them from the beginning, I am not mystic meg, I do not have a crystal ball and I cannot tell the future.
I connect to loved ones in spirit and I give what I get and sometimes it means nothing to me , but my clients understand it perfectly.
I do a general 9 card read where I interpret the cards to the best of my ability .
I always ensure my clients understand that it is for entertainment purposes only , exactly as it says on the site and I’m only human and can make mistakes.

I am writing this review ( it will come up in wife's name lol )of my own violation so let's get started . I have been with Psychic Sofa since 2019. Psychic Sofa are excellent to work for your self-employed so you get what YOU put in and the rates are excellent and a massive plus paid weekly! As for talking down customers well look people come from all walks of life these same people you meet each day and if you're not a people person then why take this role and then act negatively about the Company and the customer.
All in all I have always found them supportive even though I have not been on for a while (health) I intend returning quickly. Finally I have NOT been paid for this review but write it in love light and honesty Simon

PSYCHIC SOFA is a great company to work for. I have been working as a psychic medium for many years and have enough experience to honestly say that they are one of the very best.
Helpful, supportive and professional and they also attract some very lovely clients.
Its so nice to be able to work as and when you please without any undue pressure from the team and I have always been paid on time.
Bonuses are offered for unsociable hours and weekly pay is so convenient.
