Love my puffit water proof
Absolutely love my leopard print puffit waterproof coat. It’s great quality, nice to be able to use the drawstrings to pull it in at my waist/wrists and it’s got a really good size hood. I have had many people complement it and ask me where I got it from, more than happy with it.

Lovely coat just as described
Lovely coat just as described! I wanted a lightweight but warm stylish coat for the winter. This one looked perfect - loved the belt for a great silhouette and the hood which meant I could go out in all weathers. Was also a great length. Ordered and received confirmation immediately. I was given regular tracking information and the coat arrived quickly and well packed!
Would definitely use this company again!

Beautiful Raincoat!
Love the coat! I was worried about one size, but it fits great. The only thing I wish I could change is around the wrist. It feels a little loose. Otherwise love it and can't wait for a rainy day now!

Beautiful jacket. How can you not love this gorgeous jacket. I’m a leopard print girl so that’s even better but my shortish arms are my only disappointment. I find the sleeves a tad on the long side but I guess I’ll just have to live with it. It’s a first class windbreaker and rain-proof too. Love the slouchy look of this one-size short jacket, feels quite trendy. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about it. It’s lovely material and really well finished. Class.

Happy with the quality and I thought there was a good choice online. I had ordered 2 sizes and needed the bigger one. Shame they don’t offer postage label for returns but I’m happy with my waterproof jacket.

Keine Lieferung möglich …
Ich habe die Jacke bestellt und vorab bezahlt, nach 14 Tagen habe ich beim Kundendienst nachgefragt da keine Lieferung erfolgt ist. Mir wurde angeboten erneut eine Auslieferung oder Erstattung zu wählen- ich habe Lieferung gewählt. Trotzdem wurde erstattet mit dem Hinweis dass keine Lieferung möglich ist. Also Warnung: wer wirklich eine Jacke haben möchte bestellt NICHT bei Puffit!!!!! Wieso wirbt man so intensiv und kann dann gar nicht liefern??

Mon colis est bien arrivé en Allemagne. Le service client m’a répondu une fois en me disant qu’ils allaient vérifier (j’ai bien envoyé la capture d’écran de l’avis de colis demandé) et sur leur site c’est bien stipulé qu’ils ont reçu mon produit trop grand.

J’ai envoyé une dizaine de mails sans réponse!
Je ne demande pas un remboursement mais un échange entre la taille xl contre une M!
C’est inadmissible de ne pas répondre, je regrette ma commande et en plus le vol de plus de 60€ !

Would not recommend, still haven’t got my order 3 weeks later
I ordered on 17th September, it’s now 9th October and I still haven’t received my parcel. It was marked as delivered on 29th September with no proof of delivery. I reached out to customer support on 2nd October and received a response stating they’d chase the courier for a photo. This email also stated ‘ If you do not hear back from us in a while, please feel free to reach out to us again to check for the courier's feedback’ which bothered me as that’s really poor customer service. It’s the company’s responsibility to chase up the issue, not mine?! I then chased again on October 6th and got a very generic response email not even addressing me by name. It’s now been a week since the parcel was marked as delivered so I’m writing a review as honestly to charge £4.99 for delivery is ridiculous if you’re not going to use a courier service that is reliable and responsive, and that take photos of the delivery where required. This review doesn’t reflect the quality of the product as I haven’t received it, but the whole end to end process of ordering has felt a bit scammy and not what I would expect when I’ve paid £70 for a jacket.
UPDATE: they reached out and issued a full refund. I don’t think I will reorder but pleased it’s been resolved, although I would have actually liked to have received the jacket. Not really a huge fan of obviously AI generated responses in customer service either.

I am having great difficulties…returning an item
I am having great difficulties returning an item. I asked for a return which was accepted. I then received a label with no instructions on what to do with the parcel . It appears to be an Evri return but all I have is the QR code on the label which suggests it has instruction but the code is not working .
I have sent half a dozen emails to customer services about this but all I get from the reply is an instruction to stick the label on the parcel. The 14day return policy is very short if there are problems.
I would not use them again and recommend you don’t either

Worst return experience EVER
1/5 – The worst return experience I have ever had
This has genuinely been the most difficult and frustrating return process I have ever experienced. I have already sent around ten different emails just trying to arrange a simple return, and somehow the process is still not sorted out.
The company has made multiple mistakes, sent confusing and contradictory emails, and turned something that should be incredibly straightforward into an absolute nightmare. Their return website doesn’t even work, meaning you cannot even initiate a return through their website.
At this point, the whole process almost feels like a scam. It genuinely feels like they are making returns as difficult as possible. On top of everything, customers have to arrange and pay for their own return shipping, which will cost me around €10 just to send back a pair of pants.
What makes this even more ridiculous is their 14-day return deadline. Their slow responses, confusing instructions, and repeated mistakes have caused so many delays that I am now approaching the deadline through no fault of my own. I am genuinely concerned that I might not even be able to complete my return in time because of how difficult they have made the process.
I have wasted an unreasonable amount of time and energy trying to resolve something as simple as returning one item. I have never experienced anything like this with another online store.
I will NEVER order from this company again, and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
Please be aware of how difficult and expensive their return process can be before placing an order. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Not happy
Very disappointed with this product. Took a long time to arrive from china. Lots of hanging threads and very substandard material but decided to give it a chance in the first rain we have in the uk for a long time. It does not fit well and it is not waterproof.
