Le service de livraison est quand même assez rapide ; j'adore mon imperméable puffit bouffant brun chocolat, avec son intérieur en molleton doux qui garde juste assez au chaud les journées pluvieuses d'automne ! Il est un peu court, mais j'aime assez le produit pour faire un autre achat !

First off these are coming from China which is super misleading stating they’re a UK brand. I get that people have stuff made all over and “warehouses” but I feel like that should have been stated somewhere clear. Don’t believe what you see on social media either. I should have looked at these reviews first.
I ordered a brown puff vest and a brown checkered rain jacket.
The puff vest was shipped first and arrived completely damaged/discolored. Almost like there was bleach poured all over which made the brown look like copper. Returning or getting a refund was ridiculous. I had to submit photos twice. Customer support offered less than what I paid for. Didn’t offer to replace or anything. Why would I accept less than what I paid for? Basically felt like they wanted you to take the (little) money and to get lost.
My rain jacket has yet to show up. But it was shipped over 3 weeks ago. and with what I’m reading with all these reviews - I’m sure I’ll be unsatisfied with this purchase as well. I’ll update if/when I receive it.
Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Avoid at all costs! Do not buy from this brand
The customer service and quality of products is awful. Do not use. They will also charge £6 for return. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t believe customer service is even dealt with by a person as responses are generic and do not answer the query. Despite presenting as a premium brand the product is cheap rubbish shipped from China. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Poor quality, overpriced for the quality.
To be honest, I’m dissapointed in the jacket.
It had tonnes of loose threads, Velcro isn’t sewn down all the way, the hand pockets are so small and shallow. You can’t really put anything in them, it would fall out. It feels quite cheaply made and I expected much higher quality for the price.

Pleased with both of my orders - will order again!
I have made two separate orders for two different coat styles in the last couple of months. I am happy with the quality of the jackets/ the value for the price and I will purchase from Puffit again. Shipping was within the estimated times and packaging was appropriate to protect the items in transit.
I am interested in the variety of styles and colors offered and am glad to have had good experiences with these orders as they make me feel confident about purchasing from Puffit again in the future.

Nice design and fabric. But my item faulty
The design and fabric is nice, but the sleeves dont match. The velcro is on the wrong side of the right sleeve. I think this is a fault on only my coat though.

I was apprehensive on ordering this…
I was apprehensive on ordering this jacket from a random page that came on my socials, but I took a chance and surprisingly this rain coat is quite nice and the pattern is super lovely. I like how it has the extra protection over the zippers, the pockets and the poach are so nice and roomy also. I’ve already been perusing the site to add another to the collection!

Love the oversized rain coat
Love the oversized rain coat. I have bought many colors. In different warmth levels. Even backorder shipments didn’t take long to arrive maybe two weeks max. I would say the burgundy coat color isn’t a match to the color posted on the site. Which is why I purchased that color. All the other colors; cream. Taupe and polka dot seem to be true to the color.
I get compliments on my jackets ALL THE TIME. Especially the polka dot. They are very nice coats. I want to to try different styles.
Giving a 4/5 for inconsistency with sizing, color and their online ads have ALOT of click bait. Purchased all jackets thinking I was getting 50% off as per the ad only to get The regular 10% offer. Customer service hasn’t been helpful here. They do respond to my messages but no real accountability - received 20% off codes that don’t work and no response when I message about that….
Otherwise happy with purchase. Shipping is time is pretty standard. Great jacket. Fits oversized with a relaxed fit. (I’m 5,4 140lbs). Would like to try othe styles
