Let op dat je beseft dat de artikelen uit China komen. Daardoor duurt het lang voordat je ze krijgt. En dan nog heel teleurstellend omdat de maat niet goed is. Het is dus belangrijk dat je de goede maat bestelt, want retourneren gaat via een adres in Duitsland. Daarvoor moet je de zending aanmelden en een bevestiging krijgen dat je mag retourneren. Het kost gemiddeld 10 euro om het retourneren. Ik hoop maar dat dit nu goed gaat komen. Ik ga er nooit meer iets bestellen.

We willen graag verduidelijken dat PUFFIT een Brits merk is met magazijnen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Duitsland, de Verenigde Staten en China. Afhankelijk van de voorraad wordt een bestelling vanuit het meest geschikte magazijn verzonden om een zo snel mogelijke levering mogelijk te maken.
We begrijpen ook je zorgen over het retourproces en de bijbehorende kosten. We nemen je feedback serieus en willen je graag persoonlijk helpen om een passende oplossing te vinden.

STM-TEX™ Oversized Rain Jacket
Purchased the One Size Short Oversized Rain Jacket in Mocha Brown, with fleece lining, after my friend sent me a link, as I had been looking for something like this.
When I found out it was coming from China my heart sunk, as I had just been scammed by another online shop, who are now ghosting me 😩 but suffice to say I received after about a week, and it's exactly as advertised!
I love the colour and the fleece is not too thick, enough to keep warm, the material is of good quality, I just wish it was a little bit longer, especially at the front, other than that I'm really pleased with it.
I may just order the longer version!

I was a bit dubious about purchasing their raincoat after some of the reviews saying it felt cheap, but I have to say it came quickly and is really nice quality. I bought the fleece lined version for warmth and it’s a great quality raincoat- not a scam

Best last min travel jacket
I procrastinated a bit too long on getting a jacket for my trip and requested the express shipping. I live in Canada and the jacket arrived in 3 days! That’s amazing. The quality is so nice and the hood really hoodies. It was the only jacket I brought on my trip and it survived the windiest days. The pocket adhesions were strong and big enough to hold all of my essentials. This will be my go-to fall/spring go to jacket from now on!

Overall the customer service and clarity when purchasing my jacket was great. Delivery was faster than I expected which was a plus. Quality of the jacket was also great and as advertised. I just wish there were sizing options available and not just one size. Other than that no complaints!

Just received my 2 fleece lined puffit jackets and am disappointed in the length of the jackets. In the social media ads they look very oversized and longer than the jackets i received. I will be attempting to return.
