Jacket is cute but
Jacket is cute, purchase the STM-TEX™ One Size Short Oversized Rain Jacket - brown camo with fleece liner. Problem, arms are so short. I had several girl friends try it out and arms are ridiculously short. You can't return it without payin a return fee. I dont know if I will ever buy their product. And also its shorter and not as big as it shows on the site/or advertised.

2nd order came very quickly and the jacket is great, just as I expected. my first order was misplaced but customer support was amazing when it came to sorting my problem which made me want to place a 2nd order!

Was a bit unsure about buying as I’d never heard of the brand but I’m so glad I did. Bought an XL, I’m a UK size 20 and it fits perfectly with plenty of room. The delivery felt like a long time because I was keen to receive it but it was actually only 7 days. Lovely coat - not worn it outside yet so I can’t say how warm it is. The only downfall was that it was very very creased when it arrived. Can’t wait to wear it.

Defect (very sharp edge
Defect (very sharp edge, enough to break skin, damage a top and/or pants) in one of the plastic pieces on the adjustable elastic closures around the wrist. I had taken pics same day jacket was received as well as iniated my 1st contact with CS, taken more pics as asked of EVERYTHING as asked by CS. I have now gone back and forth a couple of times, originally just wanted to exchange for exact same jacket, same color, same size, I was offered a $10.50 credit to keep the jacket or I can pay to return it? This doesn’t solve or correct said issue and why should I be out any $ when I was sent an item with an issue that I can not correct? I am not going to wear this jacket, as it would most definitely ruin a shirt or pants, valued at more than this jacket. Very Poor customer service. At this point, due to customer service I don’t think I would order or refer others to Puffit again. This would not be my first Puffit jacket, I have enjoyed my others but this is the first I have had to deal with their poor customer service team.

Love this jacket!
Product received within a few days of ordering. I was afraid the jacket would be too big for my petite frame but the length was just right below hips and sleeve width is adjustable with velcro so it was perfect! I love the extra wide hood and get a lot of looks walking in the street! The jacket has fleece lining so perfect for cool weather.

I was a bit dubious after ordering and…
I was a bit dubious after ordering and seeing that the jacket came from china, especially when the brand advertises themselves as a UK based business.
I was expecting a Shein-esque level of quality to arrive when it did. After waiting about a week and half the jacket arrived, scrunched up in a small bag, the creases are still visible from the way it was packed after letting it hang and breathe for a few days.
The jacket itself though is nice. I got a one size style rain jacket and I’m usually a uk 6-10 depending on brand/ fit. It’s oversized but not too oversized. I can’t imagine it would have fit me when I was a size 16 but I could be wrong. I got a fleeced lined jacket which clearly bulks out the body part a tad. Everywhere is lined on the body part of the jacket on the inside but the hood and the arms aren’t, which isn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice if it was. The zips are interesting and look as though they would be shower proof but I haven’t been out in down pouring rain yet to test it out. Funnily enough as I was wearing it on my way to work today I saw another girl walking along wearing one. I have a feeling their social media / ads and branding will make it so you see a lot more people out in these over the next few months.
Overall no issues with receiving my order, so haven’t had to deal with customer service; I do wonder if that would be an issue as the delivery was started in china.

I was a bit worried about ordering the jacket as I never heard of them before and it seemed to take so long to be delivered then finally came and I live it, the colour is amazing, material looks great and completely waterproof.. the only thing I can think of is it’s a small and I could do with an extra small .

Ideal coat
Tracking of order sent straight away. Took 7 days to arrive to the UK from China. The coat is great. I do wish it had draw cords on the bottom of the coat as the one size is a bit too big for 5'9 tall, 27 inch waist and 35 bust. I have worn it in the rain and it is waterproof. I have ordered the cropped one as well as i want one that is a bit more fitted. The quality is good

Great jacket...hood is fab!
Initially dubious as the tracking info said it was coming from outside of UK. Despite this, fast delivery. Love the hood and is waterproof. Sleeve length is a little shorter than I would usually have liked. Is very cropped but I don't mind this. Love the design and fleece lining - have had lots of compliments. Overall good jacket. Price point is ok when bought in the sale.

I have to admit I was really skeptical…
I have to admit I was really skeptical at first buying, as the advert was on Facebook and I have been scammed before with other companies. There was no reason to worry at all, the order was easy to complete and delivery was ok. I had a couple of questions and emailed customer service, they were fairly prompt in coming back to me and putting me at ease. I have since brought a gilet as well as my coat. Lovely products
