Exceptional customer service! Delivery was fast and I really like the product but I was having difficulty with it sticking to my floors. The Company tried everything to help me but in the end I just asked for a refund. They were very responsive and respectful and quickly refunded my money no hassles!

The bag won't stick to wood or tile. My cat just knocked over!

The package that arrived promptly had everything in it and all went together real simple even for me.
I've definitely tested it out now and it works really well, thumbs up from me!

Arrived late unfortunately. Product installed quickly, but unfortunately is not fit for purpose. Comes unstuck even under gentle taps when moving around the bag. I tried my hardest to make it stick but no change. Fortunately, customer service Yumi offered me a full refund straight away.

Arrived very late apparently there were manufacturing issues, plunger doesn’t stick to anything - I have tried flat sealed concrete, flat smooth marine ply and and kitchen tiles, also used the additional sticky pad still no good, emailed company under the 30 day satisfaction policy, was told to film what I was doing and send film to company so they can advise me what I’m doing wrong. What a joke avoid and look for an alternative product with a weighted base.

It took a while before getting my Punchr boxflex bag but it is a great product this far. The cup sticks to my tiled floor and also to my laminate floor and the bag seems well made and from good materials. Great fun this far.

Delivery was fast. The product came exactly as advertised , it comes with a mini duffel style bag which is handy for keeping everything together , it came with the spare sticky pads so I can easily rotate it round different spots in my house/garden depending on the weather. The customer service was excellent, any questions I had were promptly answered and very helpful

A lot of negative reviews. Gotta say, I love mine! Sometimes doesn't stick to the floor, but a little bit of soapy water improves this significantly. Punch mine as hard as I can, no damage yet. Love the way it moves and the speed. Brilliant for working on my rhythm and defences. Probably my favorite bit of kit!

Excellent product, I had an issue with my pump that broke straight out of the box but the seller apologised and sent me out a full replacement. Overall review - customer service was 100% item was 100%
