As others have stated, this company is conducting fraudulent business and attempting to get people to pay for a monthly service and then charges to try to cancel that subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is a scam. After ordering a dog nail clipper, they started a subscription and they don’t want to refund money already taken from the card.

This company is a complete scam. Not only was their nail clipper horrible and not as advertised, but they go ahead and sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. Then if you want to cancel this subscription, you have to pay a cancelation fee. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

i received an email from the company promising me a full refund.

I would give zero stars if I could. First off, the product does not work. Second, I ordered the applicator brush and they sent me their “new” brush that was so small in barely fit in my hand. It was not the brush advertised. Also, they offer a money back guarantee but you have to ship the unused/unopened package to CHINA. I have been waiting two months for my refund. Still haven’t received it. Don’t buy!!!

They signed me up for some sort of 24/7 vet service that I did not sign up for. They charged my card. No one answers the phone or answers their email. Had to cancel my credit card. STAY AWAY

Misleading, if you purchase something from this site you are auto joined to their subscription service with no way to cancel (Scam).

Scam company forces you to buy 24/7 support on a monthly subscription without telling you until after order is placed. The products they sell are also garbage and not worth the money.

Ordered the clippers with the LED light as I have long had problems cutting my dog's black nails. Wondered if the advert was too good to be true and the answer is yes is absolutely too good to be true, LED light makes no difference whatsoever, can't see through the nails at all, absolutely rubbish. Just an expensive pair of clippers

Ordered nail clippers with LED backlight for my dog. Supposedly they would highlight my dog’s black nails so I wouldn’t cut through the quick. Complete sham, light doesn’t highlight anything. Wish I had came here and read reviews first

These people are running a subscription scam, forcing people into unseen subscriptions then making them difficult to cancel. do not use this company for anything. they are scummy and shady

Total scam site! I tried to cancel the order and they wanted an additional $5 to cancel! Now I will have to close my bank account. Beware this scam!

I ordered the tear stain powder and the application brush. Received the powder but not the $8 brush. Can not get a response from the email and no one answered the phone number. Won't order again from them.

I would avoid this site. I ordered their tear stain powder and received a confirmation email and they charged my credit card almost immediately and it has been 3 weeks with no updates or any shipping information on my order. I sent an email to a gmail they have on their website asking about my order and I only received a reply about how they would look into the status of my order and get back to me. It’s been a week since I received that email and I have not heard back about my order. At this point I would say this is a scam and this company doesn’t even exist as it is hard to find much info on it and the website is very sparse. I saw an Instagram ad and my mistake was to order. Avoid at all costs!!
