They sent me an email clarifying my order and I haven’t heard back since I replied I need the gift by Friday and it was supposed to be here two days ago they said they need confirmation and I sent that 1 week ago when they emailed me now they are just using it as an excuse

*Edit: Still zero response from PupRing after 72 hours and multiple emails. Stay far away from this company, god forbid you decide to cancel your order…they WILL NOT work with you to do so, even though their policy states, “cancel within 24 hours for a full refund”.*Would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order yesterday evening. About 20 minutes later, I second guessed my purchase. Fortunately, I’d read their cancellation policy. From what I read, if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order…they’ll fully refund you. So I contacted them, and told them I wanted to cancel the order. They emailed me back before 5 AM (random), and said they were sorry to hear I was cancelling, asked why, and then…get this. Told me they had reached out to the warehouse about it to make sure they hadn’t started processing the order yet. I lit them up in my reply back to them, and as of 8 PM today, haven’t heard anything back from them. So be warned about their cancellation policy. They seem hell bent on never actually refunding anyone’s money ever, even when their cancellation policy plainly reads, “if you cancel within 24 hours we’ll refund you”. Based on their reply to me, that policy seems to actually be, “if you email us within 24 hours we’ll passively attempt to contact our warehouse, then when we “confirm” the order is already in process…we’ll notify you we can’t refund you because it’s too late. Despicable way to operate your cancellation policy.

Great product! Made my friend very happy on their birthday. Customer support were extremely helpful when I accidentally gave them the wrong shipping address. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.

The detail in each piece is amazing; they captured both of their little faces so well that it honestly feels like I’m carrying them with me everywhere I go. You can tell the craftsmanship and care behind each ring. They’re beautiful, personal, and truly meaningful.

The packaging was thoughtful, communication was great, and everything arrived just as I hoped. I wear them every day, and people constantly ask where I got them. Came out looking good, but a little difficult to make out dog print. That maybe because of picture that I used though so overall I'm satisfied and it will make a great gift for my husband and brother in law. We lost our boxer. Ahkrin just a few weeks ago and it's hit us really hard. Thank you for this memory piece.

Loosing my dog to old age has been difficult on me and my family. Purchasing these necklaces and bracelets i was kinda nervous that it wouldn't look like my dog. But once I received it, it brought so much joy to me and my little sister now we get to carry a little something of our dog along with us.
