Ordered a ring from them years ago and loved it, it still looks brand new. Decided to order two more now that I have more pets. Ordered one ring exactly the same as my old one, and a different style ring. The ring that is the same as my old one is made completely different and didn’t fit. The new style ring has already tarnished and is losing its color in under a month. The company agreed to send me a new ring to replace the ring that didn’t fit, it’s been two weeks I haven’t received it. The ring that’s tarnished and I sent them photos of it, they still haven’t responded about or refunded any money.

Quality product, I especially like they kept me updated during the making of my items

très bon service et rapide! J'adore!

I cried when I saw the necklace. The level of detail is extraordinarily beautiful and when I look at them I feel like I'm looking at a silver photo. Something AI can never replace is knowing another person spent their time and energy into a piece of art. Its a piece of art inspired by and made with love. I'm recommending PupRing to everyone I know with pets.

Scam. Cheap quality materials. Terrible etching of my cats face. Bad customer service. Never again

Customer service was very kind throughout the whole process, although it did take longer than expected. Upon receiving the item, the material quality was not what I expected for the price I paid.

I had a great experience. There was a small hiccup with my order and the company was amazing. They not only fixed the problem but kept me updated at every turn. Nina and the company as a whole really went above and beyond during what has been an emotional time for our family. Thank you!!! Karin and Tennessee’s family

I am OBSESSED with my custom jewelry!
I ordered a ring and a necklace with my dog, and it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. The detail is insane — you can actually see my dog in it, not just a generic design.

It’s so meaningful and personal. You can tell how much care and love went into making this piece. The quality is amazing, it feels sturdy but delicate, and it looks so elegant with everything.

I finally was able to have direct contact with a representative. It wasn't a phone conversation, which I would of preferred, but it worked out fine.

It took a little longer than I expected to come but the product is exactly as advertised! The picture I sent in is exactly what was etched into the tag. So beautiful I couldn’t be happier!

Beautiful piece for myself and my momma to honour our sweet chihuahua Charlie who we lost last march so this was the first Christmas without him! Some delays caused issues but that was not puprings fault. The picture looks just like him and the necklaces are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!

The sketches were done very well and the quality was superb. Great memorials for our lost dog.

They look just like the pictures!! Amazing gift idea!!!

Awesome work! I love how my key chain and ring turned out!

It’s a beautiful product. It’s something I do not take off and is really helping me with my grief of losing my beloved boxer.

Looks just like my dog ❤️

The pendant, although small, looks just like the photo I sent. I plan to get keychains to have something bigger! But very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful and have had lots of compliments. Love having my pride and joy on my neck and wrist.

It is amazing. The delivery was exactly 10 days as said on the website. I bought 2 for me and my mum as we recently had to put our boy to sleep. This is the best reminder that he is still with us and that he will always be loved

I love the ornaments that I purchased! They are more beautiful than I imagined them to be.

We recently put our family dog down due to an unexpected illness. I am so pleased with the necklace I had ordered with his face on it. I will forever treasure this necklace. It was well worth the 11 days it took to receive it.
