I ordered a personalized engraved necklace and photo blanket as a Christmas gift for my sister, whose dog had passed away. Months later, I still never received the order. I was told the issue would be resolved and the items would be resent to a different address, but that never happened and communication stopped.

I followed every step they asked of me, including contacting the postal service, submitting screenshots, and filling out additional forms. Despite all that effort, I still have no product and no resolution. It is now almost spring, and I have had to repeatedly tell my sister her Christmas gift was “on the way,” which has been incredibly frustrating and embarrassing.

What makes this worse is their advertised “no questions asked” refund guarantee. I was told it does not apply because I never received my order, which makes no sense at all. Apparently, if I had falsely claimed delivery, I would qualify for a refund. That alone speaks volumes.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will not order from this company again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for meaningful or time sensitive gifts.

The shipping time was quick! Normally, I would've waited a while, but this wasted no time getting to my door. The quality was on point as well. I bought it for my girlfriend and she really loved it! The picture came out almost identical to her dog, Olive, which was really gorgeous! All and all, great product!

Our necklaces came out beautiful. After losing our dog unexpectedly, these necklaces were our way to honor him and keep his memory alive forever. The engraving was beautiful!

Kept me updated on the necklace and where it was in the progress. Now with the necklace they have given me a chance to always have a piece of my baby with me.

Someone I gave the gift too she was really happy to get it.

I do love the quality and overall finish, the only thing I think I’d love if possible is if the artist could send out drafts, I do understand though if your in a rush it takes more time but that is the only thing I’d love added to give your own personal preferences.

Amazing product, quick processing and shipping times! Sizing is a wee bit off, my size 5 wedding band and my size 5 pup ring are not the same (pupring is smaller) I would have ordered up for it to have fit on the finger I wanted it to be on

Hey all,so I just received my girlfriend's second doggie bone ring and just as the first one I bought her over 12 years ago has made her very happy as well as cry to remember her beautiful girl Samantha who recently died after 14 years with us. Josie was her first dog that had also passed away after being with us for ten years from cancer. So now she has a beautiful bone ring on her left finger as well on her right, they are really both beautifully made as well as the older ring looks as new as the newest one. My girlfriend has already gotten multiple compliments within hours of just putting the newest one on as well as the older ring. I have also purchased two facial portraits of Josie with me wearing one with Josie's doggie tag which is a heart,and hers is on a 18inch necklace which came out incredibly good with many compliments. The rings have a really nice shine as well as a very nice diamond cut on the band itself which gives off a truly great sparkle, I will and would say if you want to purchase something from Pupring go for it,great quality made, good pricing and they package there items very good and shipping was quick.

Really loved all the updates I kept on getting about my order

My clasp broke and they were so good about getting this replaced despite it being past the original 30 days. They even engraved my dog’s name on the piece which was an amazing and unexpected touch. I lost my dog suddenly and miss him every day. This bracelet is so special to me.

The engravings turned out great, the girlfriend is going to love it. 10/10
