Amazing quality, and fast delivery, very recommend

Ordered well before deadline to receive for Christmas. It didn't leave the facility until 12/27 and as of 12/31 has still not arrived. Estimated delivery is 1/5/26. Support is blaming shipping delays but that's impossible since it left the facility 2 days after Christmas. Have tried to get them to respond multiple times since the shipping comment but they are hiding behind emails. At this point i don't care if it's the most beautiful necklace ever made I want my money back.

The necklace came out great and the customer service was fast to answer questions!

Product came out great! Exceeded expectations.

I like the quality of the product and how it turned out, but dislike how they guaranteed that it would be delivered by Christmas which it did not.

I really liked how the necklace turned out

I did not like the size of the charms. The pics online do not show the true size of the charms (they are too small) and that’s really unfortunate.
The charms that hang off the necklace are better equipped for a bracelet (very small)not a necklace so that’s why I am disappointed.

Honestly, I was nervous my girlfriend's necklace wouldn't turn out well.

I bought a necklace with her dog's face engraved into the gold.

I was pleasantly surprised with not only the service, but the way the product turned out, the picture was clear.

Thank you for your service, would recommend!

They did an amazing job on my cat's face, Jack. It was a surprise for my sister; our cat had just passed at the beginning of December. It's just another way we have him around most of the time. I appreciate the work that you guys do. Beautiful work. The whole process was done well and in a timely manner.

I want to say thank you so much (pupring) for making my necklace! It was a gift for my husband. We lost our boy at the age of 5 years old about 4 years ago.. We miss him everyday! This necklace keeps him close to my husband’s heart. It’s perfect in every way. The minute I pulled it out.. Tears instantly fell down my face. Was more than I expected!

It was great but late for Christmas. I ordered from here because it said it would be here in time.

I purchased these for my wife for Christmas and they came out perfect as well as on time!!

The item is great, it looks just like my dog. The order processed and shipped just in time and I received it for the holidays. I had an inquiry for customer service and they got back to me quickly and were professional and courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I wish the item was just a bit bigger. Otherwise I was very pleased.

I have ordered from Pupring on several occasions and each time has been a great experience. I truly recommend them if you want a gift for yourself or for someone to honor your pet.

I love the product. I got excellent customer service and super quick responses when I emailed, and I emailed ALOT!

But the shipping situation for my second order was a disappointment. My second order didn’t arrive as fast as my first order. I think their shipping company is a little sketchy. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

But I also know that if there is ANY issue at all, the staff at Pupring will respond to every single email and question. Customer service will definitely fix it.

My wife loved it, she will treasure it forever. Her only gripe was the chain feels a little flimsy and plans on replacing it to not lose the pendant.

Easy to design and order products. Final product is beautifully designed.

It has been honestly the best inspiration of love
